The average roblox player does not care about stolen models/assets. They just want to play a game that has a lot of content in it. However quantum has supposedly been making a pretty big update for the game so we will see how it goes. I wish him the best
2:16 so the bathurst in v8sc is a free model as it was the first track in game as zasterez said it use to be a side project, now its a main one but a new game is coming, zasterez is currently working on a new bathurst map. 😊 hope that helped

Gonna first apologies for the grammar used, probably many errors found. *Visits and popularity: This game is more like a Project, when you're coding a mobile application, and is really awful but the idea is great, and you give hype. Obviously, you try the best to make a decent design. That the example of Apex Motorsport 2. They give a image of what the game could become in the future in the main menu. *Maps & cars: When you are a developer, you want to see YOUR idea or a simple and decent example of what you want. We would use frameworks, plugins, and copy paste. They did a really good job with the cars, because mostly toolbox cars aren't build really well, you need to modify grip, handle, power, etc. Also, there is a really beautiful easy. ROBLOX Rendering engine isn't good, not even close, the engine uses meshes, and computers GPU uses polygons, now if you see those polygons, you can see the meshes actually got millions of polygons by no actual reason, so you actually got two options here. 1- Make tracks, cars, hands, player avatar in render, optimize that render a lot, export to ROBLOX, fix issues exporting, optimize more, and that likes time, resources, and money. 2- The second option, take tracks & cars from toolbox, modify UI, UX, optimize a little bit more because why not? Fix some bugs that come with it. Done. *Issues with your Phone: Mostly "Realistic" racing games aren't meant for mobile users, PT (Project Track day) Had to modify a lot of things to make it compatible. The code for PC players controls aren't compatible with Mobile users. PC players controls are really easy to configure, just tell the code what key does that "thing" or "Action" Mobile... Mobile controls are literally the entire screen, Roblox engine make it a little bit more easier, but in Mobile games, you need to make any UI menu, a control for the Mobile user. Or use the ROBLOX default controls, and probably will be really buggy and bad. The other issues is Nürburgring, gonna be honest... I don't think any phone can run Nürburgring map, with players moving around, raining and the forest design, the map is massive.
Imo you shouldn't release a game, with gamepasses even, when all of the playable content is a bunch of reskinned free models, or even tracks stolen from other games (spa is taken straight from RIA, where it is a paid gamepass, the cars are stolen from ACFL, the nordschleife is stolen from assetto corsa, and I can guarantee you they didn't get permission flr that either. Most other "big" racing games on roblox went down the far less lazy route of making their own assets, with some minor exceptions for scenery etc, while this game is built from the ground up on free models, with some custom menus and UI, and a camera system which breaks mouse steering. As for the optimizing meshes vs polygons, not really sure what you are talking about here, could use some further explanations, all meshes are built from polygons no? 99% of the time I have only had to import my custom made assets ONCE, the only time I have had to import several times was when making spa francorchamps, and I had to figure out how to make the collisions work properly, I have had zero performance issues or rendering issues, so I don't really know where you got the idea of "making cars tracks hands player avatar in render, optimize that render a lot(not quite sure what you are talking about here, when making a game asset you would want to export the actual 3d model, not a rendered picture of it?), export to roblox, fix issues exporting (what issues? You inverted some normals and forgot to check beforehand and now have to spend 5 whole seconds fixing it?), optimize more(what optimization? What are you yappin about?), and that takes like time, resources and money" Yes it takes time, however when you are going to make what I assume is some pretty big money off a game, taking some time and effort to make your content, and not making money off other peoples content used without their permission (not talking about the free models here, I am talking about the stolen content here) As for costing money, if you hire some else to do it, then maybe, do it yourself and it's free. Sometimes a game starts out with free models as templates, and they'll hopefully be replaced with original assets one by one. I'm hoping that the game will improve further and further with more time.
The free model assets which were used served us well in getting us off the ground. We realize that we’ve gotten to the point where we have to start replacing the free models with custom ones. This is what will be done moving forward.

This video was hard to watch because *most* of it is true. Namco Studios wants everyone to know that *every* issue in this video will be solved in upcoming updates, from the graphics/textures, to all the free models, to the driving mechanics. Take Assetto Corsa Competizione as an example. When the game first released, it was an absolute train wreck, similar to Apex Motorsport 2. Kunos Simulazioni (the developers of ACC), targeted each issue one by one. This is what will be done with Apex Motorsport 2 to allow the game to its full potential.
Your game has a lot of potential and I believe it can be good. It’s great that you guys are being honest and that you are tackling these issues. I wish you all the best of luck in the future

Apex motorsport is literally making good thumbnails, and good models, but hiding their weakness, the chassis is very trash (you understeer alot), the map is very bad modeled, you cant even go in reverse, this game is just overrated, even youtubers (modellercoolest) playing this said that it was so trash The car models and maps quality isn't even same, the map is really bad, but the car models are good, also alot of maps and cars without even have a build progression is very sus Also fun fact : the porsche 919 Evo sound is literally the sound in car crushers 2
Have you tried the all new “Apex-Chassis” demo? It’s a huge improvement over the old chassis. About the models; All models from now on will be custom made. This is part of project of having 100% original assets in-game. The free models served us well in getting us off the ground, but we realize now it’s time to move forward by creating our own models.
