He builds quick and precise, knows about balance and weight distribution so he rarely ever gets crippled due to structural failures, he knows all the weapons damages, reload times and counters and he skillfully manages his eco. Essentially these three points are the things every RTS master is exeptionally skilled in: *Quick reaction, precision, managing eco and knowing every stat and strat and counter*

You should make a "Little tips you should know" for Forts. Like, I kinda know about slanted metal, but I don't know the why's behind a lot of the things I see you do.
If you look at the angel of the bombs coming from up top you will realise that another machine gunner facing in the other direction of the enemy will hit the mortar bombs sooner
I saw the screen go white well before the Atom Cannon projectile started making its way down and I was just thinking: "No... That didn't really just happen, did it?"
This game looks pretty neat honestly, reminds me a lot of Total Annihilation with economy management and the game ending when the core explodes (in TA it's the commander).
I think it's a joke when the game first launched, somebody would make a cannon be slanted in the way the atom cannon was and they would call it "Tier 3 Moarters" due to the fact that there was no 3rd tier upgrade for moarters and cannon shots cannot be shot down unlike tier 1 and 2 moarters and that armor/shields on top was very uncommon/wasteful in a conventional game, and those 2 items were really the only way to defend against cannons.
They bounced that laser onto their buddy... and that seemed to do a serious amount of destruction there. :-P That middling hit with the ATOM though... just busted their plans ALL up. A hidden sniper and artillery... two of THE most demoralizing weapon systems in existence. :-)
Maybe some Tanyas could offset the metal drain slightly? 5 or even 10 tanyas isn't too much investment IMO, to make the metal cost of an atom cannon less painful. Still gonna want upgraded mines too.

Because it's expensive and heavy. The up front cost is huge, and the repair cost of metal is debilitating. Repairing 2 struts of metal is enough to put a full vanilla economy into the negative. Additionally, metal is heavy and can't support weapons, meaning it easily imbalances a base. Wood, for all its nuance, is simply more cost efficient at defending.
Tbh.., it would've just been nice to see the replay of the final kill right at end of video.., after the victory win.., Project Incursus Gaming.. :P ;3 :D . (10/10. Overall Content & Entertainment. :D ) . Still.., all-in-all.., this was a really enjoyable and entertaining video to have watched..! :D ;3 ^-^
Why does no one use repair bays or anti-grav reactors? repair bays save APM and speed up repairs, and anti-grav reactors prevent your structure from dropping to it's doom if someone takes down the supports/armor in the front bottom of your base?
Repair bays cost energy to maintain, constantly draining about 1 turbine's worth of energy. They are also a device that takes up space and adds weight. Anti-grav is highly explosive. And also drains energy per second. It's nice, but it adds a fairly major point of failure to the base.

Can confirm, the railgun projectiles never return to the ground.
A real life railgun have the speed of around 5 Mach-7 Mach, i doubt it will go down anytime soon.
