I can see this game also doing great from a story perspective because it's adapting a well loved tale into a game that seems to have an emphasis on story which can add to peoples enjoyment of the game and delivering a full package.
I'm not looking at a single review good or bad when this comes out, I'm just going to enjoy the game maybe look up some tips.
Wukong is a global cultural character and the story is very well known in Asia along with the amazing visuals and gameplay this game should be great.
Nothing wrong with a good linear boss rush game if its well made. Kind of refreshing in a sea of bland open world games.

It should run 1080p high 60 fps on a rtx3060 with dlss. Where is PS5 gpu sitting at?
I can tell you very clearly that in a recent interview, Game Science staff confirmed that the game can be stable at 2k60 on PS5, and they are working hard towards 4k.
I hope the lore wont be like souls games...i want a proper story, not a weird vague way of storytelling that nobody truly understands.

I don’t know, man all I’ve seen from this game is boss fights, boss, fights, boss, fights. Where is the actual game, the in between are their secrets their exploration we know there’s regular enemies, but just like a shit load of bosses.
Me I’m still skeptical about this game. I keep hearing 160 different types of enemies, 80 bosses but it isn’t the size of Elden Ring and it’s mission based like Nioh. 🤔👀 This is why I’m very skeptical about this game. I really hope it’s good but I’m a keep my expectations in check.

I've been waiting for this really AMAZING looking upcoming Hack and slash PS5 game that was revealved at the first time back then 3 years ago 2021 so I was really HYPED to see this Relase Date trailer in Summer Game Fest 2024 and can't wait i'm so EXCITED when Black Myth: WuKong coming in next month august for PS5 and you're right Black Myth: WuKong have the INSANE potential to be one of the best Hack and Slack not a Souls-like that i'm happy Chinese Mythology the Monkey King game! 🌏🌍🌎🌑🌄🏞🌸⛩🏯🐒👑💙
