I watched the eclipse in Terra Haute, IN. They wouldn’t stop saying “Total Eclipse of the HAUTE”
My wife and I watch these videos.
And she was saying about that song too.

I saw the eclipse in Texas yesterday at the lake shore. It was cloudy all day and right before it began they all went away and we got a full view! It was amazing and something I’ll always remember.
Bagger, kudos to you! Excellent job capturing the experience! We felt like we were there with you.

It was great meeting you and Jen on Clifton Hill! I'm glad you enjoyed your time in Niagara Falls for the eclipse. I was surprised at how little border traffic you had. I was lucky enough to find free parking but since I live here I know the "hidden jackpots" lol. If you ever need any dining or cheap parking options let me know that's what I do here on UA-cam!
You should have come to Indianapolis! We had beautiful 75 degrees with clear blue skies and 100% totality. It was amazing!!

I live in the Buffalo area, and experienced this. It really was amazing!! The people next to us did play total eclipse of the heart when it happened! So cool just to experience this!! Glad Jen, her sister and you had a good time!

If you had driven West to Cleveland you would have had a religious experience. I had plans to be in Niagara Falls but heard it was going to be overcast and rainy and went to Cleveland instead. It was one of the best viewings that lasted almost 4 minutes. I feel bad that you and Jenn didn't get the full experience, it was a once in a lifetime event. I left crying.
Jenn's sister seems cool! I too always get nervous crossing the border as well, especially when I'm bringing Coffee Crisps back over for some reason. Lol I'm glad you guys got to experience this! I thought it was cool how dark it got yesterday in the middle of the day. : ) (Love the Ewok hoodie Jenn!)

I celebrated and ate pizza when the sky just went fully black.
We weren't able to get glasses, but I made a quick and simple pinhole projector with two sheets of paper so we could watch it safely. Jen's sibling's outfit was awesome, I've almost bought that same shirt and rainbow glasses before 😂
You should have came to Southeast Mo. We had sunny skies all day and in the line of totality. We would have let you watch it from our front yard. It was amazing

I'm in Florida, and you could barely see anything at all, but back when I was a kid in the 70s, there was one in Chicago where it got to be almost twilight. We didn't have the fancy sunglasses though.
I Live in Niagara falls n.y but we watched it on the Television safer there in the comfort of our living room. Yes indeed this was a Historic moment

I live in Alabama my first total eclipse 1983! I didn’t look at it back then they would tell you to stay inside 😂😂 , I seen the 2017 eclipse we drove to tennessee to see it? It was amazing ❤❤

We had totality where I am in Maine. They had a lot of viewing centers set up. We stayed home. Watched it right in our front yard. It was incredible! It was the coolest natural event I’ve ever experienced! I’m still in awe! The way it slowly got dark. Then light again. Blew me away!! People here were so dismissive. But I thought it was spectacular!

Don't worry about looking directly at the sun for a quick instant several times without the glasses, cuz I looked at the last one in 2017 for a half hour n though I saw purple n green everything for a few hours afterwards, there was no permanent damage!!! I also glanced at this one a few times quickly yesterday, I did not stare stuck like last time, n I see no problems today!!!
Awe we did get to see alot here in Detroit area. It got dark but not as dark as Niagra Falls.

Even though the forecasters all said rain and cloudy. Really makes you wonder what they get paid !!??? My son and his gf and I watched it from my own backyard. No traffic at all and could come and go as we pleased lol...
I remember watching the total eclipse in Newquay, Cornwall 11th August 1999. It was pretty cool and great to share it with everyone. Glad you all had a great time.
Should have come to DFW. There were some clouds, but then totality came it was clear enough to really see. Super cool. Last time I saw an eclipse, I think I was like... 8 or 9 years old. Lived in a small town in Pennsylvania at the time.
I thought it was most kind of the clouds to cooperate and clear around the sun in time for the eclipse 😸 I'm a little south of Arlington

We paid $30 5 years ago in a small hotel parking lot across the street from the falls on the NY side.We had our 40 th anniversary dinner at The Red Cloak Inn there.

I read that the one in 2044 will be total across Southern Colorado. I live in Metro Denver and I'll be 88 years young.

Experienced full totality north of syracuse. An incredible experience that I will never forget.
Even in heavy cloud cover.... it got really dark!!!!!!!! I'm on FL panhandle and we had 78% coverage, with heavy clouds too, and it got a bit dark and colder! What an exciting moment in time. I am so glad you and Jenn took time to share this experience with all of us viewers!!

Funny. Both of the UA-cam Eclipse videos I’ve seen posted so far are from the Rainbow bridge at Niagara Falls. Too bad about the clouds. Thanks for sharing the experience

This was my 4th Eclipse. I was watching in Ohio southwest of Cleveland. There were very thin clouds periodically in the sky but did not hamper the eclipse at all. My other eclipse were in 70,72,17,24, and I had to travel for all. It is so awesome glad that you got to experience it. Keep the great content coming.
I was in hot springs Arkansas and it was beautiful it is something I will never forget they had over three minutes of totality

I saw it in Ohio. I was amazed at how bright the earth was when only a tiny part of the sun was visible.
Okay my suggestions to visit is Letchworth about an hours drive from Buffalo 3 waterfalls, a dam, a train bridge. Other one is Corning museum of glass in Corning maybe on the way home? Knox art gallery they just redid it, President Millard Filmore’s house in East Aurora, you can also go to the Roycroft. Elbert Hubbard who created it passed away on the Lusitania on May 7, 1915. Hope this helps.
Have you visited the Niagara Parks Power Station yet? They restored it and turned into a museum a couple years ago. The station itself is really cool, but you also get to walk the old tunnel the water would have traveled to empty into the river. Great view of falls from there.
We didn't have darkness but was happy to see the eclipse. Over the past few years due to crappy weather I have missed metor showers, eclipses, comets and the aurora. For once I actually saw something! Lol

We had a great view up at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio.
Sorry you had clouds. We had clear skies in southeast Missouri. My work let everyone go outside for the event, and even provided glasses and themed snacks.
The view was awesome in St Thomas, Ontario. Next time you're at the falls ask for free samples at the Hershey store and the Ole Fudge shoppe

The change from light to dark was just wild. With the cloud cover here in Rochester we saw no sun at all. 😢

You should tour the Madam Tussauds wax museum. My parents took me when I was a kid in Niagara Falls,Canada and I would love to see you and Jenn tour it.
We got to see 80 percent of the Eclipse in Georgia. Nice Clear Skies. Super Cool you and Jen got to share that moment together. Buffalo has its the Shark Girl statue, Forrest Lawn Cemetery, Buffalo Zoo, Colored Musicians Musuem, and Buffalo and Eriw Botanicial Gardens.
The eclipse was a VERY COOL experience n I was SUPER moved as well both times!! It is a phenomenal natural occurrence and to witness it live is extremely AWESOME DELUXE!!! Great views of the falls as well!!!
We had clear skies where I live, and it was pitch black when it happened. By the time I made it downstairs and opened the door, it was light again. I missed it.
There's Buckminster's Cat Cafe in Buffalo. Not sure how you're driving back but Pittsburgh has the The Andy Warhol Museum which was cool.

Been to NF,Ont twice.Tge 1st time was 20 years ago after Labor Day weekend. I don't remember much of their tourist areas but did visit the side where all the casinos are 5 years ago.

Awwwww you guys should have went to Lake Placid Saranac Lake area in the Adirondacks, they had clear sky's and an unobstructed view , they could see the diamond effect and everything. My family lives up there they said it was amazing. Here in VA we only got a partial one .but it was still a clear view.

That stinks there were so many clouds. The darkness was an amazing part of it. Wonder if the falls even make it more cloudy in that area. In Erie, PA it was cloudy (but cleared up nice for the event) but we got a complete look at the totality. Seeing it was an amazing spectacle to see the sun completely covered with a ring around it. The moon even seemed to have an extreme silver sheen to it when the sun was behind it ... side note you can actually look at the sun with the glasses normally its kinda cool.
OMG it was so awesome! Even though it was cloudy. My kitty was very upset! It was cloudy then an hour in the clouds left😢. We’re planning on trying to get to Florida for 2024
Local welding dude let us use two lenses. Omg they brought the eclipse to life. Yes we had clouds too. But I wouldn't trade the experience for anything. Glad you had great time.
Yes with welding lens you can see sun. My dad and ex both showed me those lens.

REALLY love Clifton Hills Amusement Park!!! Wish you would have entertained the "Eum" rule n went inside the wax Museum!!! It looked too cool!!!
