So the biggest thing I want you to learn from this vid is that you don't find your soulmate in a club. You're likely going to find that person in the "passion community". This is a place where people with like-minded interests meet and connect with each other on a consistent basis.
You will keep meeting new people through all the friends in this community and eventually meet someone the way Camila and Shawn met. They're so obsessed with music and songwriting that they just couldn't avoid being together and making something of it all.
I have found that people's biggest problem with dating is not their lack of social skills or personality. Everyone's biggest problem is that they are not looking for the right people. They're not sure what they want, and they don't know where to find it. Once you figure these simple things out, everything will fall into place like Tetris.

After they started officially dating, Shawn made various comments during Q&A's saying that he had loved her for years before they got together and that he had to fight for her. So his comment here about making moves that she doesn't reciprocate might be real.

The way it actually happened is that Camila and Shawn liked each other at first, Shawn took a long time to confess his feelings, and later Camila met her now ex boyfriend Matthew. Shawn revealed that he always liked her but never told her until he decided to confess it by showing her a song he wrote for her but that day she told him she had met a guy so he ended up not saying anything. I’ve seen Camilla and Shawn interacting in recent videos clips and I thought they seemed sort of fake. Kind of directed. Idk. My opinion was definitely that they were together only for publicity purposes. But these older clips... they actually seem like they were secretly dating or at least very interested in each other lol

Loved this video, and you were able to describe both their personalities very accurately! You should also react to their Señorita behind the scenes part 1 and 2, which was right when their relationship was blossoming after four years of back and forth with their feelings. Also their Global Citizen concert which is the only time we’ve seen them interact after they started dating.
