- The Trustus stages - Is the next generation of stages.
- 80 ton capacit y on a 32 m wide roof
- Fits into just 6-8 trucks
- Can be erected without use of mobile cranes
- Minimal man power requirements
Why the Trustus stage?
Trustus is a self-erecting construction. There is no need for mobile cranes and site fortification is unnecessary or very limited.
The low level of riggers, stagehands and scaffolders is unprecedented in the modern entertainment industry.
The economic advantages of low manning levels, combined with an 80 ton lift capacity and the very large, deep overhang facilities, ensuring
unprecedented visibility and reducing dead seats, makes Trustus the ultimate solution for modern staging.
Every task is planned and arranged according to the timescale and requirements of the organisers. With a view to obtaining the optimal
and most economical solution.
Unleash your creativity with an 80 ton load capacity, a span up to 32 meters plus 5 ton single rigging points, and 22 meters of clearance
on a 2 meter elevated stage floor.
The space roof construction of the Trustus stage, in black aluminium supported by only four legs, creates an unparalleled aesthetic.

Nice one Peeps. Noted. The last bit of the background music is also in coherent stereo.. got my attention..👍😏
Far too much work and too much heavy equipment needed to put up a stage that multiple crew people could do in likely half the time. Not efficient at all.
I have worked on stages of similar size , this one is! amazing
сколько же она весит?))
Seems ALOT of hassle just to put up the stage, It would only take a few men to put up some regular trussing with chain motors! Creative though.
I agree. Looks simple enough but we probably would have been done with like twenty people with normal truss.
Francisco Pineda Remember the the load capacity of the roof. 80 tonnes on a 32 meter span. No way any truss roof could carry that kind of load. Also, most heavy duty roof systems require a mobile crane. With this you only need a forklift.
I get that they are trying to make it safe and strong, but in doing so they've made it not very portable or easy to assemble. Companies aren't going to use this stage because of that. Hell, this video is 5 years old and I've never seen one of these and I work in the business.
+slaction They aren't touring stages.
OK.
You need 10 people,3 cranes,3 days and 1000m of steel ropes to secure this...
That next generation will probably be reliable in 25 years...
Looks like a total goat roping to put this stage up. It would probably be great for a permanent installation but not for touring.
Semi permanent
I wouldn’t say unworkable I would have to say a hell of a lot safer we all know what happened in Indiana and in Canada with Radiohead something needs to be done with the stage construction regardless people are getting hurt and people are getting seriously injured because engineering and stage construction and don’t want to take the time and follow the engineers plans I think this is a great idea unworkable I’d have to say bullshit that’s the problem it takes too much time why don’t you ask Radiohead that question I’m pretty sure they would take this stage over any maybe Scotty would’ve died because of complete incompetence I think this is a great idea The design looks a hell of a lot safer
looks like a ridiculous amount of work
love the name i think i trust them lol
Stageline sam 750... Enough said.
