Trying to Understand Hiori Yo

For me the biggest miss when it comes to Hiori is that he just became another soccer junkie. There was a moment when he was thinking something like: this is my last goal attempt/match and I am quitting. It would be such a beautiful thing for Hiori to finally accept that he doesn't want his life to be determined by soccer and others, namely his parents, expectations
