So I just purchased an AGM 256 15mm for finding ducks and geese early morning, it's not a scope, it's a monocular. That's legal in Ohio though isn't it?

Before I responded, I looked, and don’t see anything that would prohibit you from using it. That being said, it’s worth a discussion with a game warden before using it but I don’t see how it would be any different than seeing them with a flashlight or hearing them on the water

@@TooManyHobbies I live in Northeast Ohio, but I have been traveling out towards Toledo on occasion since 2013. Been to Metzger Marsh and Resthaven wildlife area.
