Hello mam My son is 2years and 4 months old , when he was just 1 year 3 months old he spoke many words like mama, papa,dada,daddi, thik hai, tayi, and many more. But 10 months ago he father died from that he is just stuck on maani( paani) only what should i do??

hello mam,my baby boy is 2years old.he is not talking to us.cant make any meaningful sounds.but recites alphabet and numbers whole day.he only takes interest in rhymes .he can act like those rhymes while making unclear sound.he can speak full alphabet. can count 1-10.but he rarely responds to us as if he is in his own world. but he is so playful and social with other kids.he used to call Baba and mamma but suddenly stopped. what should I do?

My son is 3.4yrs and my son is not able to catch the words easily..he listens when i say words but will not even try to spell them out after repetition also...as am working mother I think I haven't focused much on his communication..
