Thanks for all of these videos! I have my 1st ski holiday in CO February 25.. I live in western MA and ski mostly on ice, so I am pretty excited to experience CO :)

You can do it!!! I lost 60lbs and last season was my first after 30 years... I now am motivated to stay fit throughout the year so I can ski :)
