  • Liz, Gus, and I set out for a weekend camping trip close to home in the Owyhee region of Oregon and Idaho. Our mission: Reach that epic hot spring we'd always wanted to see. And along the way, we got to see a little Idaho history as well.
    EXPLORE. RIDE. GET OUTSIDE.

My man!! Great content and love the upgrades!!! The roof rack and suspension upgrades are next on my list. Please do a full build “walk around” so that we can see all the details!

Really like your channel and vids. Will from V2R turned me on to your channel. Have you thought about doing a video on your total 4R setup now. You mentioned adding armor and other things for boulder but didn't expand on what. Looking for ideas for mine as I slowly mod it while trying to get the correct mods first so I don't have to replace them later, like a lot of folks.

rad video and epic trip, thanks for some pro tips for trip planning out that way. curious if you'd be willing to point me in the direction of the area you crossed the river in the 4runner? i'm trying to route plan and have been staring at maps for a week and can't figure out where to get across near-ish to the hot springs so i can start my day over by basque and then move across and up to jordan valley on dirt without going all the way back and up and around through rome. also curious what month you were out there? thanks and keep up the good work!

I dont think I have seen you discuss what you use to plan your trips. What apps or maps do you use?

See you go thru streams at times. Was wondering if you have the aftermarket breather tube extensions on your diffs and tranfer? If you do what brand are they?

  • @BoiseG

Why did you drive across the river, why didn't you just walk across like everyone else?

Unfortunately people been sharing that one quite a bit online in videos. The last time we went not long ago there was garbage everywhere. We picked up two bags of trash and there was someone living there with laundry everywhere. We reported it and they said they are aware of the issues and now looking at closing it because of abuse and overuse. Ranger said sharing on social media is going to shut down a lot of spots soon 😢
