A 24 Years old female with no prior medical history presented to Emergency Department at Hameed Latif Hospital, where initial CT Brain showed left frontal intraparenchymal hemorrhage. She underwent emergency diagnostic angiography by Dr. Qasim Bashir, Interventional Neurologist to identify actual reason of Hemorrhage. During the same session/procedure she underwent balloon assist coiling of the ruptured aneurysm. The post operative CT Brain showed no further worsening of the hemorrhage. She was discharged home three days later with no motor weakness on right-side of the body and had started to verbalize.
