@@kelldawgg7259 I think Brian McClair summed it up the other day, he said Marcus was injured during pre-season and never had chance to prepare for the season, he said as a pro a good pre-season is a key and provides you a good platform to start the season healthy and refreshed and it's always hard to catch up to speed coming back from injury/surgery a few weeks or months into the season! I also think it does not help when 9-10 other players are also going through a drop in form! OT and Carrington is not a happy place to be right now but hopefully ETH can start laying a good foundation this summer and bring a positive mood back to the place! We have players (and we have players who need to go and will go this summer) and we have a great youth system which will produce so despite the dross we are watching at the moment the future is bright but it will take time and I hope Marcus bounces back soon!!!

I hate the fact people criticise him and want him gone as if he was never good and can't get better. He was so confident, direct, hard-working and terrifying.
