I think I need more help installing this cuz I got the link for the config but when I click open it doesn’t open steam automatically and the layout doesn’t pop up
As much as I miss tap strafing 😢 I think this is pretty sketchy to do. downloading files to tape strafe? Sounds bannable. Just wish they let everyone tap strafe and do all the cool movement tricks the game is meant for

@@tayqua69 I always used click left stick to tap strafe. But I’ve seen other ways. Also seeing people not being able to jump or something idk. I’ll have to watch the video again. I never went crazy with tape strafing either. None of that neo strafe stuff just would strafe around corners

set your controller sens on 4/3 linear to get max aim assist when you re aiming and shooting and set your mous sens arround 4.00 (if you re on 800 dpi)
Just to understand the depth of your config. If i would want to change something for aiming down sight, for example jitter aim cfg, which action set would that be?

@@2FAM_NCL no i figured out you have your game running and exit steam and then open the link and it will open steam and open that layout it should say some like tapstrafe layout or some but my main problem is linking it to l1 for my jump because in the video he saying that you gotta remove like the action set for l2 and that’s my aim I don’t want that to be my jump but when I try putting a tapstrafe action set for my jump it don’t work like it won’t let me so idk how to do this
honestly its stupid i been playing controller my whole life. switched to keyboard like a week ago/ i just dont understand why people keep doing this stupid shit. i believe controller should have forward tap strafing. but no these stupid ass idiots keep making stupid shit if that dude never made those dumb ass config controller players would still have tap strafing there would be less 3-4 linear players. the fact people are still making those type of configs its crazy. it should only be tap strafing forward that's it. no neo strafe just be able to turn corners faster. or keep all directional tap strafes but make it that you have to click the button in order to do tap strafing so no holding,
Take my aim assist completely, this game sucks without movement. They should give us options on roller that requires precise timing or button combos to do shit.

after rearranging all the binds the only issue I have with this is that my aim is trash. Any ideas?

i tried a lot of sens and with this one i got the best aim assist while aiming/shooting and i can still have a high sens for the movement

Aim assist is not even as strong as is it on an console, and you can do much more with MnK instead of using an controller.
