When you come here buying in the best and they are quite cheap as compared to other kantries. The problem of renting to Bibinii is mostly from the Alata Kojo ppl. When they use all means to acquire Gh pssprt and travel abroad they live bad lives which indirectly affects Ghana.

Because they didn't want to pay. It's not only in Italy,even in America if you refuse to pay,they will take it.
All they had to do was renegotiate the payment plan, but they were busy running to UK.
2 payslips, permenant contract job, living in Italy for atleast 10yrs and no criminal records. €200k is a good price for 3bed house.

Once you have a stable job and a permanent contract you can buy a house or apartment in Europe. That’s common, just go to the bank and the will offer you the credit for it. So you will pay small small monthly.
