You can’t really change the color of the numbers from those bulbs because the numbers are already painted/stenciled on there and are illuminated from the top/front. I suppose you could use different color bulbs to give an overall tint to the color though.
Hey didn't know where else to put this on 1 of your video but need big help!! Go to drive my carb'd computer controlled Caprice after a while yesterday and the thing dies everytime I put it in reverse and wants to die in different drive gears at low speeds. Drove it around the neighborhood and it was good over 5-10 mph up to 50. Never had this happen. Would maybe only idle low and stumble a bit after not driving it a while. But now every single time it goes into reverse. It's pretty cold in the 30's farenheit this afternoon & night but wasn't freezing yet. Don't think it's the transmission. Need to get a new fuel filter in it but not sure that's it.
@@LongologoProductions I've honestly forgotten where the EGR valve is and what it's doing. I've been using some other cars way more in the last few months, way newer cars too. 1 of which needs alot of attention too. Strangely enough it didn't happen yet today when the temp's are higher. I did try spraying the carb with carb cleaner, making sure connections and hoses are good on carb (they were but replaced the connector on the top passenger side of it), bought a new air filter as the old one reeks of gas, and started it with the whole air cleaner assembly off. And yes checked PCV and it still shook when I disconnected it from the valve cover.
@@LongologoProductions don't think it's the fuel pump because it starts up fine. And seems to have driven perfectly normal with no lag or bog or stalling at speed. I never changed the TPS like I should have awhile ago which always gave me hard starts needing 9-10 gas pedal pumps to start it and would throw a code. Also feeling like I'm overdue on tune-up maintenance, going all around everything, and still wondering why my air filter always reeks of fuel like it's way too rich. Maybe not starting it properly with 3 sets of pumps to get enough (clean) fuel in the carb to start and run it properly was the problem. As well as the fuel or water in it gunking up and clogging something when first putting the car into gear.
@@LongologoProductions forgot to add didn't get any codes besides the 12 code with the reader. Previously it was 1 that lead me to think it the was the TPs, forgot what number it was.
is it a bulb in the back that could change the mph numbers color
or just the top ones you replaced?

@Max Ax: Check every small rubber vacuum hose running to and from your carb. Check PCV. Check fuel pump. I assume you already checked your EGR valve?
