- Scoggin Dickey Parts Center Mopar specialist, Gordon Paden, passed his license test at Texas Motorplex last weekend! His 426 Hemi 3.8 W Whipple Superchargers Dodge Charger was so impressive that it could be the album cover for Ludacris’ famous song, “Roll Out.”
Although it clearly states that this was a "license test pass" and not representative of the car's capability.
Due to the request of the public, the vehicle ran a 9.2@152MPH which is not indicative of the capabilities of this vehicle.

@@SrtHemiPower read the other comments… I never said it was on kill. The car competes in 9.0 class and at full weight full interior it is 4670 lbs. I don’t want to put a 8.5 cage in my street car. So it is a delicate balance. It’s hard to get to 9.0 with that weight and keep it under 150 mph.
Im gonna guess that the driver is used to a manual it looked like he started to reach for the shifter from muscle memory at 0:46😂

Link to the timeslip is on the description now. This was a test pass just for licensing purposes. I am trying to run this heavy ass car (4660 lbs) on the edge of the NHRA cage rule of 9.0 @ 150MPH without an 8.5 certified cage. I like my air conditioned seats.

It says this pass was a 9.2@152 but the car has more in it, this was just a pass for the driver to get licensed so he can go even faster. Power wise a built 426 with a 3.8 Whipple id say the thing can easily make ~1200 or so.
@@kennethpowers8995 Your right its a hair over 1200 hp it is just super heavy! The car weighs 4920 with my fat ass in it. I like my air conditioned seat street car! Plus im not interested in putting an 8.5 cert cage in it.

Using time stamps and track markers you had a 1.8 60’ and a 9.34 1/4 at 145mph
1.4 60' and 9.22 @ 152 MPH I gave him the slip to post.
