Our drills and trainings build upon each other. If an individual comes to shake school for the first time, I dont recommend an advanced drill to start. Your looking at top 2 drills, not necessarily the easiest or most basic.... The goal with Shake School is to start from the beginning and train athletes up to speed as quickly as possible, develop some muscle memory, and then take them to the next level by building upon our early drills with more advanced movements and combinations.
