- Hi everyone! This is a re-upload of one of my previous videos. I've made a few edits and improvements to make it even better for you all. Enjoy!
In today's video, I'm making four different DIY gifts that are meaningful, practical, mostly low-cost, and look so lovely. I know I would be so happy to receive these kinds of gifts. I'll also give you an update on my mother's garden and my herb and flower beds. Enjoy!

1 tbsp liquid oil
Fabric pieces

Start by measuring approximately 1/2 cup of beeswax, 2-3 tbsp of pine resin, and 1 tbsp of liquid oil.nIn a double boiler, melt the beeswax, pine resin, and oil together. Brush the mixture onto a piece of fabric. Place the fabric between two baking sheets. Iron the fabric until the mixture melts and evenly coats the fabric. Let it cool and harden.

🌷Hand Cream
Oil Phase:
20g shea butter
4 tsp of oil that tolerates heat (such as olive oil, jojoba oil, or similar)
12g emulsifying wax (such as Olivem 1000)
10g cetyl alcohol (optional, as a co-emulsifier)
Water Phase:
150-180 ml distilled water or brewed tea (e.g., chamomile tea)
2 tsp of glycerin (optional, for extra moisture)
Cooling Phase:
2 tsp of oil (such as raspberry seed oil or calendula-infused oil)
30 drops essential oil (e.g., lavender and ylang-ylang)
40 drops Cosgard preservative (or another preservative that meets Ecocert standards; follow the instructions for the specific preservative)
Instructions:
Prepare the Water Phase: Brew chamomile tea or prepare distilled water. Add 2 tsp of glycerin to the water phase.
Prepare the Oil Phase: Combine 20g shea butter, 4 tsp of heat-tolerant oil, 12g emulsifying wax (Olivem 1000), and 10g cetyl alcohol in a container.
Heat Both Phases: Heat both the water phase and the oil phase separately in a double boiler until they reach 75-80°C using a thermometer.
Combine Phases: Keep the water phase in the double boiler, and slowly add the oil phase while constantly mixing with a mixer or whisk.
Cool and Mix: Transfer the mixture to a container filled with cold water and continue mixing until a creamy consistency is achieved.
Add Cooling Phase Ingredients: Once the mixture has cooled down enough, add 2 tsp of delicate oil (raspberry seed oil or calendula-infused oil), 30 drops of essential oil (lavender and ylang-ylang), and 40 drops of Cosgard preservative. Make sure to follow the instructions for the specific preservative.
