Hanging garden or gardens nowadays in Dubai and UAE is very popular for its waterfall greenery terraces and hype around it. In hot weather too it is still okay to visit in late afternoon where Kalba area gets little better in terms of weather. There are play areas for kids. Parking is not enough and it is paid. 5 AED per hour and the entrance ticket is 5 AED per person. The best part is the mountain view. There are mountains all around. Take plenty of cold water with you.
If the waterfalls area is functional then the wind blowing around it would be cooler and sitting near to it on the green grass under open blue sky would be pleasant.
