DIY How to make a pom pom party hat - Craft idea for kids' parties

This craft activity is a great way to keep kids entertained at an indoor birthday party! Everyone can make their own pom pom out of yarn, then stick it on top of a homemade party hat personalised with their favourite colours and patterns! We've made this a no-glue project by using double sided sticky tape, but if you would prefer to use PVA then that will work too.
