I hope we can see Katrina vs Deepika too. It would make for a groundbreaking moment in Indian cinema, to see 2 female leads getting the attention and respect they deserve in a mainstream Indian action film. This would be a great idea for the big screen. I can imagine people hooting and cheering for their fight sequences too. But alas, a girl can only dream and hope this becomes true one day. 😭
Also side note: imagine if Aamir was the big villain in this Universe 😱 it’s a mini idea in my head but having the three Khans then on the big screen would blow people’s minds away for sure!
I have recently watched Kurbaan, an underrated Terrorist thriller starring Saif Ali Khan in the negative lead role. So, i personally think he'd be a great fit for YRF's Spy Universe as the Big Bad like Jim or Zemo from Civil War who should be an expert villain in Hand to Hand Combat + playing mind games against Our Heroes (Tiger, Kabir and Pathaan).
He does make a great villain. Proved it Tanhaji too. I think they're looking for even a bigger star tho!

Jr NTR is an exceptional actor and can pull off negative characters in a very effective manner. you can see the glimpse of that in movies like temper and Jai lava kusa.

Along with announcement of Ayan Mukherji as director for war 2 there was an update on releases of Astraverse movies in end of 2026 and 2027. That's a gap of 4-5 years from release of part 1. Is this a good decision for Ayan to enter another universe and keeping his brainchild on hold. Will they be able to generate the same excitement for part 2- Dev 3 years from now.
I saw many people hating on the announcement saying junior ntr will be a supporting character with a Bollywood star as hero. The hate these people have is really annoying. Like they will go on to hate on anything and everything related to Bollywood. I am a big fan of both hrithik and Jr ntr since a long time, and it really infuriates me to see people not being excited about their favorite actors doing a good movie rather hating on the movie itself just with an announcement

Tiger vs Pathaan seems amazing and I hope it also integrates Kabir. Somehow he can be the bridge between them. I would've loved to see a small Hrithik cameo in Pathaan as well, but it wasn't to be. Hope to see Hrithik in the end credits of Tiger 3 because SRK will have a cameo in Tiger 3 like Salman had in Pathaan
I always thought Hrithik would be on the plane where the bomb was planted. Would have been such a cool shot if the camera just panned through the aisle to reveal a head tilt and Kabir goes, 'any problem?'

@@Vor567tez IMO, the only thing common between Tiger, Pathaan and Kabir is that they are Indian soldiers. They have their own department, team, tasks, styles of work and swag. They should bring more directors because TBH Pathaan looked an extension of War in some parts.

The audience will b truly fatigued. This is the thing with bollywood..once a film succeeds they create so many clones of it that they themselves saturate the market.

Pathaan is a highly forgettable film with no recall/repeat value unlike baahubali which ppl love even today.

Hrithik vs Jr. NTR = Brilliant casting decision! And it is good that they have roped in Ayan! As you said - Pathaan looked very much like War. So it is better some other director directs War 2. It will be great if they will put an end credit scene in Tiger 3 -- a glimpse of JR NTR as a villain, and then Col. Luthra gives a phone-call to Kabir, and says ' THE WAR IS ON', and then a small scene of Hrithik Roshan, with his background music (from War)!! Theatres will go bonkers.

Story, that goes without saying, needs to be a lot better. As you start evolving these characters, you must have a strong storyline that supports those massive faces. Its now going to be "The Spy Universe" and you have to tick all the boxes.

Bolly stars have downsized their ego and arrogance a lot..and now agreeing to work with other stars of same league and fame. They know the fact that they can no longer run the show alone. They used to never respect/support regional movie stars till few years ago.....Now the scenario is totally different.
There was a time when Bollywood was completely against any talent from the South , only a handful like Sridevi, Rekha and few others made it big in the industry. Now Bollywood has turned desperate to woo audiences with Pan-India films so decided to collaborate with stars from the South.
Idk if they are smart with this they could end up making the indian equivalent to mission impossible rather than just copying scenes and shots. Really need more scenes like tiger intro scene.

I think creating a vs movie is really tough. An external force creating a rift just does not suits the characters. Rift should be like in Civil war, an ideological difference between the characters.

Holy shit.. I was studying for my exams nd now after watching this video I'm pretty sure that it's going to be tough to concentrate. All my brain can think about now is the sheer impact that Bollywood will have with NTR.. the dance numbers together, different fan theories and most importantly I always wanted HR to feature with some regional actor in any regional movie. This might be the popping crease for my dream to come true... Lets just hope that Bollywood utilises NTR the way he deserves...

I don't mean to nitpick, but I couldn't help but notice that you didn't mention Katrina Kaif as the co-star in Tiger 3 alongside Salman Khan. I'm not sure if this was an oversight or intentional, but it's worth mentioning both actors when discussing the film, especially since it's a highly anticipated big-budget movie that's likely to be the talk of the town. While Salman is undoubtedly a bigger star, it's equally important to acknowledge the contributions of Katrina in the Tiger franchise. I hope this film will be as much hers as it is Salman's. I'm not trying to condescend, just sharing my observation. Also it would be super cool if you can discuss the possibility of the connection between Katrina's and Deepika's characters. They both were agents they must have known each other.
I just hope that Ayan Mukherji do better than what he did in brahmastra. Dialogues will play a crucial role in films marketing. That should be better than Brahmastra. And come on guys, it's a Spy Universe movie and we have a commando/raw agent, Captain Karan Singh Dogra, how could he misses out from the Spy Universe.... Tiger vs Pathaan must not follow the same pitch as BvS or Godzilla vs Kong. This is now a pretty common and repetitive formula in 1V1 action movies. The makers should take notice of this and then shape the script. Tiger 3 can be used to set up the rivalry between tiger and pathaan. Like making a harsh decision in a critical situation by any of the two. Which finally leads to a rivalry where both sides have valid reasons to fight one another.

With JrNTR Bollywood can go easily go to the US market but will shine only if the end product is as good as the RRR which our movies fundamentally are btw. Only the CGI work is behind them but I think they'll get more budget so they can polish things more to the better end product.

With the Bollywood slump post-pandemic - Pathaan was a gamble. There was no guarantee it would be that big of a hit. So there may have been some hesitation to hinge the future of the spy universe on the post-credits scene. Hindsight is 20/20 and now it seems like a big missed opportunity. But hopefully, there is a lot more work going on behind the scenes now to tie together the spy universe and build hype for future installments. I like the direction all industries are going in where walls are coming down and actors across all industries are being cast to create truly pan-Indian cinema.
Thank you for getting it. Everyone saying they could have done this or done that with Pathaan don’t understand that YRF themselves didn’t expect Pathaan ti go that big at the box office. Now that they know there’s immense scope & lots of money 💰 they will go big.

As I analyzed the rise of Pathan closely and I discovered two important details:
One is the selective use of movie by the audience is abstract representation of there inclination toward larger than life movie.
Second thing is that audience is having affirmative relations to the cinematic universe.
They are just ready to watch these movies in repeated mode,,, and not even giving a chance to remake movies😊
After few years market of these cinematic universe can penetrate the regional movie industry so it can form the collaboration of various industries under the same umbrella,, which will be a visual treat for the audience 😊

1. Hindi Actor + South Director = Bollywood is no good they need south industry to save them
