Hello! It could be they are not getting into the groove first before they are sliding it up. It could also be they routed the camera cable wrong and is preventing them from sliding it all the way. Also could be they are not pushing hard enough, but that is doubtful, as it doesn't need that much pressure to push up. If the screw holes line it should be fine even if there is a gap at the top.

I can't get the new screen into place. It's the slightest bit off at the top and won't go back in. Is there a trick to this?
