One of the distinguished guests on stage was the actress Marisa Abela, who plays Amy Winehouse in Sam Taylor Johnson's new biopic 'Back To Black' - and who opened up about taking on the role of a lifetime.

I find it really hard to see Amy in this portrayal. To be fair I've only seen snippets. I'm sure the actress does a really good job but what I've seen doesn't seem to capture the essence of Amy. Maybe I'll change my mind when I see the full movie.

Can Amy Dawson sing?
A lot of people upset about Marisa singing acapella for the album Frank. Is that her or is it Amy’s own voice? Marisa looks like she’s lip-syncing so if that’s the case, why the hate? This may have potential. Don’t shoot down the actor for a poorly written script. She was great in Industry.
It is not Amys real vocals. Marissa worked with a few singing coaches and vocal coaches.
