Hi, Toshiro, thank you! Probably it is, but Black can respond any c3 and d4 plans with the immediate d7-d5, giving him good game. Doesn't mean it's unplayable.
If the focus is more on the explanation of the lines rather than digression into anecdotes and waffling it will be much better and useful for the viewers.
To each their own but I prefer this over a list of bullet points read to me, here you get a sense of dialogue as he works his way through the logic of each line before giving a reason he pivots to the next line
buddy I am sure you are a great player being a GM, but your videos drive me crazy, first you spend half an hour recommending one line and then all the sudden you go like "actually this line is not good, it's better to play this move", if you want to make instructional videos PREPARE them
this is actually great because you get a broader view of the opening and can draw the connections between ideas and move orders also is great for just investigating yourself, it's just a boot camp, don't expect him to make all the work for you for free
I like how you are not explain every move in detail and only point the most important idea, really helps me to learn efficiently.
Happy to help!
7:27 ...you're welcome.
Love this bootcamp series! Exactly what I need to get myself in fighting shape for the return of OTB
Thanks!
i like your focus on the ideas behind the opening battle ,thanks for this great lecture GM Neiksans .
Theses bootcamp videos are excellent…some of the most in-depth chess content on YT, if not *the* most.
2000 Fide here, its been a long time since I learned that much from a yt video
Really Really Thanks!
Video starts @ 2:25
Yeah, for the old boot camps I was uploading the whole video raw, without any editing. Sorry about that. :)
Looks like 5. d4 (a) is becoming more popular than, and (b) performs better than, 5. Rd1, after 4…Nge7.
Hi, thanks for the amazing content ! Is it possible to play c3 and early d4 against g6 ?

You are not here to memorise long variations. You're here to understand the plans. And you should identify the inappropriate plans too...
