Amusing thing I've noticed. Door, my weird little cat, has always clamoured onto my lap when I start your stories (she seems to enjoy your voice and not sleep when listening) and I've noticed after you say goodbye she chirps out. It's official you're part of her week.

few DIY solutions for emergency cooling:
1 open freezer, close all windows
2 dry your laundry in front of your open windows or just put up wet curtains on the open windows.
3 put ice water bucket in front of a fan and deep a loose long fabric in it and leave an edge in the bucket and the other edge hang in front of the fan

Well! It seems that Corpse Child has officially raised the bar! Damn I really enjoyed this one, there were just enough bread crumbs, not quite enough to fully predict anything, but enough to fit it all once you were approaching the end. Excellent work! And without Dr Creepen delivering the story, I fear it would not have been as good. Well, I know it wouldn’t have. And that’s no fault of anyone, it’s simply the fact that he sits at the tall top of a very high pedestal. And no, I wasn’t paid to say that! LOL, the two of you are better than PB&J, and I am truly grateful for the work that you both put into all of these wonderful tales. Well played!! 👏👏👏👏👏

Alcmene was the mortal mother of Heracles and he himself was the son of Zeus. Hera was Zeus's wife and sister (yup!) and she made his life a living hell until the time she made Heracles kill his own family. Hera was NOT the mother of Heracles! Also, the definition of god here makes no sense. If they are so weak as to be bred like animals, how are they gods? I wish modern writers read about mythology a bit before writing these... Excellent narration as always though.

In Hinduism Krishna controls everything & determines outcomes, by Oppenheimer quoting him he is saying Krishna willed this & he had no free will to change the outcome.

Books don't burn as easily as people think. About 12 years ago we had an incomplete set of encyclopedias from the 70's that obviously NO ONE wanted even as a donation. So when we were burning yard waste in a 55 gallon metal barrel we decided to dispose of them that way. But even making sure they went in opened up and kept them stirred and poked we still had to give up after burning around 5. Ohh and with all the slick pages with all the ink from the pictures and photos, the smoke was absolutely TOXIC!
Edit: also have to say that even though they were 100% useless to everyone, I still felt this weird guilt about burning them.
