It's not so much that. It would be expensive to have it on every episode. The Season 1 DVD did have some other songs just fine. But unfortunately it was either this or not have the season released. That's why Season 1 sold so poorly and why we don't have the other seasons out.

Rona nominating Corky for president was obviously a joke thought up by Russo!!! Russo was just immature and whispered to Rona to nominate Corky for a good laugh!! Russo put Rona up to it! Corky should have just backed out. The teacher was right though-it WAS Rona and Russo's idea of a joke to nominate Corky...and Corky should have backed down. After all, Lester does say that "school elections are a joke"-so Lester put Roma up to nominating Corky as a joke.
If they were trying to profile and send the message that people with disabilities are people two then why did they nickname the lead character Corky it's degrading his name is Charles call him Charlie or Chuck.
A name with an "e" sound at the end like Timmy, Jimmy, Corky, Stevie, Billy sounds indeed childish....Corky should been a nickname for Charles/ Chuck/ Charlie.
those jocks were so damn cool i love them. Changing the bathroom signs was a classic. 3:11 he wanted his mom out so he can use the sink. 5:11 corky look so clueless in regular classroom.
Charles did not belong in high school----far too difficult!! And NOT a special school either. He should have gotten a tutor and get privately tutored in each class away from school.
Get real. He's very high functioning. There were kids mainstreamed in the 70's. There are kids with down syndrome who have earned college scholarships and work and live full lives. Join this century.

Or wanting to be elected because Rona and Russo nominated him as a joke??? Cork should have backed down from being nominated-he was clearly being setup by 2 jokers and the teacher knew it....Cork knew where the girls bathroom was even with the sign changed! But he still went in the girl's room anyway! LOL.
