+John Sabella I got the components through trades and purchases online. The torsos, legs, tricorns, etc were acquired in bulk, and then assembled by me.
+Erik Platt Except how do you find trades and deals that are so good for the Revolutionary soldiers? I've looked on Brick Link and other websites, but they are all rather expensive.
Excellent build, gentlemen! I would have loved to see this in person. You can absolutely tell that there is lots of attention to detail that I would enjoy seeing up close (and steadier than the camera). LOL
Natured Quasar44 the continental army was weaker up until a few victories and then they built up but failed and nearly collapsed in the battle of Long Island and the winter of that year the loss of general Cornwallis turned the tide of the war to the colonies
We had 180 minifigs on this build. Thanks for the interview!
Fantastic job! Thanks for talking with us.
Where did you get that many figures from?
+John Sabella I wonder, too.

The Continental Army wasn't formed until the *END* of the Revolutionary War.
The Continental army was formed on 15. June 1775 shortly after the war started and was disbanded in 1783 after the treaty of paris.
Natured Quasar44 the continental army was weaker up until a few victories and then they built up but failed and nearly collapsed in the battle of Long Island and the winter of that year the loss of general Cornwallis turned the tide of the war to the colonies
