Sr. You made me laugh so hard with comment you made about the guy that talks too much because it was the last video I saw right before watching yours and I I thank you for getting right to the point and giving the solution. And what you said at the end also made me laugh so hard. Thanks.
Excellent! Straight to the point from beginning to the end. I wish more people on UA-cam would learn to go straight into whatever subject matter they're showing how to repair or service "WITH OUT" all the BS like this guy here. Thank you Sir, for saving mine and other peoples time.
After watching this video, I was able to service my surface cleaner with no problems at all. Excellent instructions VERY HELPFUL and to the point. Thank you for sharing the knowledge with me and others.
Sir, you would be of great service to humanity if you can start holding seminars for UA-camrs on video production etiquette. It would only have to last about 5-10 minutes. Great vid! Thanks
:-) Just watched the Video - Took mine apart - Greased Everything, - - Works GREAT Now - - Better than when I bought it - - Simple & Easy :-) Thanks So Much :-)
Thanks for a great and quick video. However, can you tell me if there are o-rings in the spray nozzles located at the ends of the spray arm on the Briggs & Stratton Surface Cleaner. If so, can you video the replacement and size of them?
Hahahhaa! I also watched that guy's video with the dog and all that yadda yadda! Hahaha! Thanks for the improvement. Wish I found this one first. Thank you Sirrrrrr!
I have a Ryobi 15 inch surface cleaner, watched your video, did the lubrication and tried it again. Using a 2500 psi Exell VR 2500 pressure washer, old, but when I used this last season it worked great. Now, it is spinning, however, it's just making circles on the driveway. If I could add a photo I could show you this. Took it back to the store, they hooked it up to their machine and it did the same thing. But they offered their condolences and told me to hit the road.
I had the same problem. I called Simpson and they sent me a new one. Then after using it one time it started doing the same thing so I called them again and they sent me another one. Haven't used it yet but it will most likely do the same thing, I wish they would just tell me how to fix it. Very frustrating.
Nice quick video. May I suggest showing your audience how the remove and clean the filter located in that center connection piece? Also how to check the nozzles to insure they aren’t clogged? Doing all 3 should eliminate the circles most experience.
Hi and thank you. Since there is no bearing, what is taking the friction that will eventually wear out? The o-rings, the spacers, or? And any reason you chose grease instead of silicone paste like used on caliper slide pins?
I have a Simpson 15" surface cleaner that looks just like this one. I took the arm off and lubed it just like you did but it still didn't work right. It sprays water out but won't turn right as it did when I first got it. Any suggestions? Thanks, Gary
Any suggestions for replacing the O-ring? Mine is fraying. (That's really not code for I lost it, but if I had lost it the Q would be: Where do you get a compatible O-ring replacement?)
Do you know where I can get the nozzles for this product? One of the nozzles was clogged so my neighbor drilled a bigger hole in the clog nozzle and now it is off balance. I've looked and looked but cannot find where to buy those tiny little buggers. Thanks for any help you can provide.
I have same unit and even after greased it won't spin how it should, do those o rings it rides on have a slice on or are they solid? I think I may need to replace them since there is a tiny leak and wondering if that's my problem Thanks
Help! I have a Ryobi (very budget) surface cleaner. The problem is that when you turn on the water on, it spins fast but quickly slows down to a halt when there's still water flowing through it (at this point water is running through but the nozzles aren't moving at all). Would lubrication help with that?
Sounds like there’s not enough pressure, when you aren’t holding trigger the pressure will build, and when water shoots it’s sudden so that’s why it spins but then when it evens out the normal pressure may not be enough. You could try adjusting the angle the two jets are at, undo small set screw and turn and retighten I believe. Good luck.
On 2nd use (did AMAZING 1st time) its spinning slow or not at all however w no water to it its spinning freely. Maybe I've lost water pressure somehow? Going grease it & see. 1 use & it stopped working right :(
So lot's of people have problems with this binding up and not spinning anymore after 30 minutes. Is it because there isn't any lubrication? Is this the one simple thing to do that will keep this thing running "forever"?
Like others, I too have problems lately w/ this 6328 Briggs and the PW wand tips; I have a nozzle cleaning TOOL w/ my CLOGHOG sewer jet, and use it on both wand, spinning jet and this surface cleaners; Blow out jets and piping backwards to remove any trash/ debris/ rust? usually ALSO have to PLAY WITH/ adjust the angle of jets. Sometimes frustrating, and not clear how I get it working, but did succeed again today after lubing and jet cleaning/ tilt adjusting. SUSPICION is bits of RUST from the (NOT stainless steel) wand PIPE???????? Suspect a welding tip CLEANING TOOL MIGHT be helpful, but unsure if sizes right? LUCK to ya
I have had 2 of these there junk they have a bad design they need to put a sealed barring in these things. I have taken mine apart and greased everything because they build up friction and slow down it will work for about 20 minutes after greasing then it slows down again.
Dammit, mine is spraying through the middle even though I used the 2 O-rings, 2 spacers, lube and Teflon tape. Tried 5 times and still... Damn....must be a dud

I also just watched the same video before watching this one.🤣
I made a career in communications, but you're the best I've ever seen. Straight to the point, funny, practical. More!
Hahaha thanks bud!
Quick and easy no BS in between. Thanks for making it easy to understand.

No problem bud! Thanks for the kind words!

Omg! This made me laugh. Yeah people like to hear themselves and it’s worse than commercials!!
After watching 3 minutes of the video you where probably referring to I clicked on your vidio. Thanks for getting to the point.

There are other videos with other remedies that may be of help to you. Good luck to you.

Thanks for getting to the point and actually showing what you were doing in the video. The other guy was not staying within the camera's view.

OMG, you were right about the "other dude". He didn't even have a good camera angle on the work. LOL thanks for a better video.
You ROCK! Thank you for bein' you!
What a nice video mate
Great! Thanks for your video and your time.
What brand of toilet paper do you use on the seat?
Thank you, I will use the prop lube I use for my outboard.
Are those 2 black bushings supposed to be split? Both of mine are split or cracked. Thank you

Mine spin freely but when I connect the pressure washer machine the thing doesn't spin ? Can you help me know why ? Thank you
Well done sir!
Thanks a lot
My o ring broke. Do ya know where to get another one? Or just head over to auto parts store and try to match it?
Yeah, them parts stores sell assorted standard and metric rings. I would start there. Possibly NAPA also
@@blainehallmark will do. Thanks
Would have liked to see how it was spinning before u lubricated it.
So lot's of people have problems with this binding up and not spinning anymore after 30 minutes. Is it because there isn't any lubrication? Is this the one simple thing to do that will keep this thing running "forever"?
Threw mine away. Bought one from Stihl
In the other end there is a screen. Unscrew the screen and clean it out.

Thank you for sharing your video. I do have a better idea how to fix mine, since it is linking water through the center fitting.
Dammit son I watched the same video and clicked off before he even decided to grab any tools
I love you men.
Lol u talking about Dan's vlog
Dammit, mine is spraying through the middle even though I used the 2 O-rings, 2 spacers, lube and Teflon tape. Tried 5 times and still... Damn....must be a dud
U find a solution?
Need new orings, I need also but can't find part number
Your hand seems a bit shaky 🤨
I threw mine away and got one from Stihl. Just FYI
Thank you for not telling us your life story lol
Could have done without the visual of the toilet paper on the toilet seat! 😉
Guy makes me nervous
This surface cleaner is a piece of shit
