Fowler offers nationally recognized graduate business programs. The programs are:
Master of Business Administration (MBA)
Master of Science in Accountancy (MSA)
Master of Science in Information Systems (MSIS) *STEM designated

MBA
Can be completed in 36-42 units, with up to 6 foundational courses waivable. The time to complete is 1.5 years for full-time students and 2.5 years for part-time students. For more information, visit business.sdsu.edu/graduate/mba
MS Degrees
All Master of Science programs are 30 unit programs, with 4-15 waivable prerequisite units, and take 1-2 years for Full-time students and 2-3 years for part-time students to complete.

10:03 Application Process
MSIS, MSCM, MSGBD applications are accepted now through February 1, 2024.
MBA, MSA, MSF and MSFTP applications are accepted now through April 1, 2024.
Five Step Application Process:
1. Complete Cal State Application
2 . Create your my.SDSU account
3. Submit Official Transcripts to SDSU. These can be mailed to: Graduate Admissions San Diego State University 5500 Campanile Drive San Diego, CA 92182-8225 OR can be sent electronically through Parchment and National Clearinghouse. The email to send to is: transcriptsforsdsu@sdsu.edu. International students will need to submit an official evaluation of transcripts (WES, IERF, ECE) or send copies of official documents directly to SDSU. For more information, contact Graduate Admissions (admissions.sds...)
4. Submit Proof of English Proficiency if Required (TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo English Test, PTE, or waived if official transcripts indicate English as the principal language of institution)
5. Complete Program Application via Interfolio. You will need to upload your Resume, Statement of Purpose, Unofficial Transcripts, set-up requests for letter(s) of recommendation, and optional essay. 14:14 Next Steps if Accepted
Throughout the Application Process, check my.SDSU regularly for missing documents and application status.
If accepted, you will receive a welcome email for prerequisite information and waiver requests. Graduate Business Advisors will then evaluate transcripts and confirm waivers.
Group Advising sessions will be given for MBA, MSA, and MSIS students. For MSCM, MSGBD, MSF, and MSFTP students, you will meet with your faculty advisor.
Before the start of the semester, there will be an Orientation.
