This episode is in fact a very telling one that shows that stealing is bad you actions have consequences and your parents will be hurt by your actions and will treat you differently after you screw up. While I didn't see all of this episode I do know that it has a great message for families to follow.
That was a Christmas episode but because at Camp Granada the lake has alligators its likely to be in Florida and open all year round and Lisa might be there.
Don Brodka: (appears in Bart's mirror) "If you ever set foot in this store again, you'll be spending Christmas is Juvenile Hall!" (echoes) "Juvenile Hall...Juvenile Hall...Juvenile Hall!" Bart: "How did you get in my mirror?" Don Brodka: "I don't know! You tell me! I'm just a figment of your imagination!" (As the Simpsons are driving to Try-N-Save) Don Brodka: (takes form in the back of the front seat of the car) "I hope you're going to the Try-N-Save in Shelbyville, kid, because you don't want to come to my store! Catfish?" Bart: "Is it normal to see you on the back of a car seat?" Don Brodka: "How should I know? I'm just another figment of your imagination just like I was in your mirror back home, remember? Oh, and one more thing, kid, tell your parents these built-in car ashtrays really come in handy! Think maybe I'll ask my wife to get me one for Christmas! It'll look good on my belt buckle here!" (puts out his cigarette in the ashtray in the back of the seat where his belt buckle is)
Her shoplifting incident was an accident. She didn’t purposely do it, she forgot that the bourbon was in her pocket bc of all the stress she was under trying to find Flintstone’s Chewable Morphine.
Man this was one of the best episodes ever.
Funny how Bart is a quick thinker, especially when he needs to save his ass.
Incredible amount of great jokes in just three minutes. This is Simpsons in its prime.
for some reason “flash forward to ancient Babylonia” is so funny 😂😂
that gibberish from the juvenile hall Santa always made me laugh. (merry christmas (?) and a happy new year.)
Are you telling me you've never gotten excited by a book of carpet samples?
Actually it's "Hello muddah, hello faddah"

03:18 ALWAYS made me laugh as a kid. so fucking funny.
Let's not forget that Marge Simpson did Shoplift once so clearly he got it from her by all likeleyhood
Can you blame her? We're talking about Colonel Kwik-E-Mart's Kentucky delicious Bourbon... brownest of the brown liquors!
@@eman610 well she did do it as an example
