The grass won't make it through the winter without a ton of water and that's not in the cards! A dutch hoe and several days is how the grass will be handled. 😆

I used to dislike Semanasanta when I was living in Roatan Honduras, and also in the DR.. People would get crazy and the Blaring obnoxious music 24/7 for a week..!! Congrats on the Power.. Now you have a Homestead...
We've learned we just have to embrace Semana Santa and know that it only last a few days. It drove me crazy the first year we experienced it! 😀
Is it allowed to just burn the grass in place where it grows. In the spring we do clean up burning uphere in New England
I've thought of that, but worry about burning down all of my neighbors houses in the process! 😂
What about water?
We've had water from early on. It's trucked in and we have tanks that hold 7,500 liters. Lasts 1 1/2 to 2 months.
Btw what year did y’all go to AK?
I believe it was 2018.
