Some of the Maison Alhambra clones of the Tom Ford line are quite good. Woody Oud is great! Performance isn’t beastly but I usually put in on before bed to just relax.
I purchased this one because of your review and all I can say is THX. You are spot on here, the smoothness and the overall unique smell made this one being in my top 3. No kidding. I don't like the phrase " it smells great for the price". Because, what does that mean anyways? It smells a bit cheap but it's OK for the price? People around don't know the price one paid, they either like the smell or they don't, no one will think. "It's not that good, but great for that price....". This one doesn't smell "great for the price". it simply smells great.
It's truly crazy how they have found ways to replicate certain fragrances that are outrageously expensive and then sell them for basically dirt-cheap. l often wonder if this middle-eastern movement will change the world of perfumery in 20 years or so.
Already did, In developing countries, Tom Ford, Dior is taxed in imported items and make the price skyrocket, like 70% on minimum wage, so these clones make an affordable option! Imagine Dior costing 600USD, doesnt even worth that wtf!

Today we live in a era of perfume clones, since the technology behind, has massively improved. Gas chromatographs have become affortable, and these machines make all the difference. Enjoy it as long it is legal to produce fragrance clones.
When I first received it I thought it was possibly a bad bottle somehow. Then I put it away for a month after it macerated and it ended up being one of my favorites in my collection. I don’t find many times to wear it out often but I like it so much that I will wear it around the house or even to bed sometimes.

Dupes have that problem sometimes, that the companies don't let them mature in tanks long enough, a few months, before they put them into flacons . So bottle maceration is often very much needed with clones. It also depends on the scent. FF is one fragrance, that needs maturation very much. Apparently because of the leather note.

You've gotta spray it about 5-10 times and then let it sit in your closet for a few weeks. I've had the same issue with some of these clones(some originals too), and getting some oxygen into the bottle to let things oxydize a bit helps out way more than I ever thought it possibly could. Now that I've been collecting for a while, I've learned to buy fragrances a month or two ahead of the intended season for wearing. I spray a few times to introduce oxygen, and then tuck them away in a box in my closet.
Idk but I just scored solar blanc from milestone and it's great. It's not a hard DNA to get right. It's a suntan creamy scent that's it. Anything is better than TF as long as it performs. I think the milestone is better. Not a complex scent and it performs better than TF. Can't go wrong with that one

I finally pulled the trigger on this one and Porto Neroli after months of hesitation. I’m wearing the Tuscan Leather dupe today and it really smells amazing, even in summertime. They should arrive in three days. I’m looking forward to them
