Sanusi really should have waited the matter in court decided on before accepting the reinstatement of him as the Emir of Kano. The court order must be binding at all times. This has become an embarrassment which could be avoided if Sanusi had allowed the law to take its course. The governor is not the judge and no one is above the law, he acted too fast.
