Take a look at the link in the description l. It’s fitted on a facelift XF, so you may have to judge it for the XFR.

I'm thinking about buying a diffuser and front lip from AliExpress on a 2009 Jaguar XF would it fit
Hard to say without knowing what parts you’re buying. The diffuser will fit any XF of that age. The front lip depends on the bumper you have and what lips you’re getting. My front lip didn’t fit into my brothers Diesel XF, I showed that in the video, so it really depends what you have and what you’re buying.

I did MD splitter on my 11 XF. I also did my own hood vents to cool engine. U should do a vid on vents
My car already has vents as standard, so I can’t really do a video about them.
@@69racer69 lol. You are really good with the dynamics of air flow and the like. So yes you have vents... you could explain the functionality in detail as you have done with other stuff. Or not. Up to you.
@@philipjohn4149 the vents don’t really do a lot at all. More for show to be honest.
@@69racer69 since my hood did not have the vents... and I dont want to just relie on a warning light for engin temperature. I have heard of one incident of engine failure. I have 2 hoods to modify with hood vents. One hood will get the xfr vents... and the other is already done with a style that may pull engine bay air out. They rise above hood like a spoon or airplane wing and the vent is just after... and then followed by a diffuser section for air streaming. It's similar shape and size to xfr. They are OEM on some mustangs.

@@69racer69 It's a Jaguar so classy is assured. It's certainly on the sporty side looks wise but that's your intention and it's executed really well.
I have an XF 2010, the worst part of the car in looks is the front headlights, just because they look so dated. I've seen a couple of retrofit but they look tacky. Would be great to see some modern led lights, maybe I need a new car!

Would this lip fit the Aerodynamic kit ? It’s so difficult to find information about kits and modding the XF on the internet 😢
To be honest Andy, I’m not sure. I took a risk when I ordered this one by taking a good look at the way it was fitting other XF’s and thought it would either fit or be so close to fitting that I could modify it.
I’m with you, there is a lack of fitting info on all of the splitters out there.
I wonder if this will fit an XJ, probably triggered some people already hah

Possibly, I have seen a picture of a facelift with it on, not sure how well it fits. there maybe others that fit yours.

The Maxton design one is subtle. But there is a Vehicle Revolution one in development, so worth waiting to see what that is like if you have a pre facelift XFR? They already have a new one for the facelift XFR and it looks really good.
