@Raman Kr..Thanks bro...Using stock carb with different set of jets...Exhaust is bend is stock but I have made changes in the muffler to change the character...Will be customizing full set of exhaust and will try to make a full detailed video..Thanks bro..

@Apnine Sangma...thank you bro for appreciation...Yes video of Suzuki Shogun engine is already made and it's on our channel...And regards increasing CC ...You can stretch piston size up to 60mm to 64mm and it's come approx 165cc to 185cc..But for that you need proper guidance and expertise...

@Piyush Chowre...Yes I do follow sizing on different perimeters....Porting is completely depend on the requirement of the modification of the motorcycle...

Which piston available in india will suit best of I opt for increasing cc to 200.or 210.pls help.
@somisingh6456... Hi..its completely depend on what model you doing upgrade.. Different types of engine has different types of measurements... Personally need to find out the accurate sizes and alternative options to match you requirements.. There are lots of brands are available and most of it imported or Chinese pistons.. NMW is there in banglore who provides huge range of mod parts..

@Shreyas Chaphekar... Hey hi bro.. There are different types of cams are available in the market.. It's depend on you mods and choice.. Eg. Stage 1..stage 2..stage 3 or stage 4...
@@routefortysix I was looking at high lift cama from nmw racing, but I am not sure whether it will work as I could not find any reviews for it. Currently my bike is running with a stock 75 sized piston, custom free flow exhaust and ns200 carburetor with high flow air filter.

@Rick Sarkar Touring Diary.... Nahi aise nahi he... Basic calculation sahi nahi rahega toh piston valve break hone ke chances high ho jate he... It's all about measurements calculation etc etc..

I have a doubt, hope you can help me.
I dont own an impulse but i have driven one.. the engine is too under powered as you know.... my doubt is that, if i can swap the engine of an hero impulse with a hero honda karizma. Is this possible? I know the basics, but still can we do that..

Welcome to our UA-cam channel..
1)Hero Impulses stock engine is not under powered but yes it's restricted to fall in ARAI certification..But with few changes you can make it aggressive as compare to stock engine..As you said you are from Kerala then you have been notice that Kerala people modifying Hero Impulse's stock engine for Race purpose and that is damn aggressive,so say it's restricted engine instead of under power .
2)Let's come to your question,yes it is possible to swap stock engine of Hero Impulse with Hero Honda Karizma 223 with some small modification..But if you doing it then swap the engine along with its original wiring harness,CDI,RR UNIT and other electronic units,exhaust modification ,Rear sprocket resizing and use Pulsar NS200 carburetor instead of Karizma's carb for good performance..
There is no doubt you are going to get good performance numbers along with increment in the weight as well after swapping the engine..
I hope I have cleared your all doubt and correct me if am wrong somewhere..
