I ordered the same eyeshadow palette you did for the same reason. I’m very fair- like Fair Porcelain in It Cosmetics Nude Glow CC Cream and so many eyeshadows are just too dark for me! I also ordered a mini of the Laura Mercier Eyeshadow stick in Au Naturel hoping it will work with my fair skin.
I used it today and really liked it so far! I tend to get in a rut with palettes and only use the same few colors but I'm going to try and venture out!

I don't notice anything on my hair color but it's very very fine so I don't think it will! It doesn't put out as much powder as dry shampoo
