i got one for Christmas and its nice, not sure how long it lasts but it gets hot fast and cool fast when you turn it off. its nice to put it in the shirt or poket while its on. i came here to see what the green light does and since its one side ill probably use that if i leave it in my shirt.

i purchased 9s , cant to seem to charge it, phone customer service rep said computer might not be able to charge, your video shows computer charging, i would like some technical support please, this is very frustrating.?? Now Zippo sending me new one , takes 3 weeks geez !

Not all PC USB ports are created equal. Some only have the capability to read data, and some can read data as well as provide power. You need to make sure the port on your PC is a USB power providing port. Sounds like you are plugging into a data-only USB port.

What guarantee do I have that this lasts a full 9 hours? On which heat setting for that matter?

Straight from our engineering team, "it lasts for 9-hours on the low one-side setting, and 4 hours on the high two-side setting." Is that guarantee enough?
