Good morning Matt. Thanks again for another good devotional. I kind of snickered when you were talking about how you like to have all your ducks in a row and be totally prepared. I’ve had several friends over the years that were engineers and I think that is a very common trait among engineers.
In your case, maybe even God affirming that you are using the talents that he gave you and doing the right thing
I’m typically not a worrier, that is not to say that I don’t ever worry, but when I catch myself worrying and I realize I’m not honoring God. As you were mentioning about the planets and holding earth in its place, when we think about what God actually controls every second of every day it makes our needs seem pretty minuscule , and we know that he can take care of us we will get out of the way and let him

I liked this same verse this week. I think you and I are a lot alike in the worrying department. Some of the words you were saying sounded like there were coming right out of my mouth, I.e., “I’m a worrier,”. “I am somewhat of a control freak,” “I like to have a plan B, Plan C.” Me too! But I’m doing better the older I get! I find great comfort and encouragement knowing “if God is for us, who can be against us?” Praying for all of us worriers to let go, and let God. Love ya! ❤
