- In todays video, it's derby day.. Wycombe Wanderers vs Oxford Utd. I've just come back from a football injury so stay tuned to watch me document my recovery as well as show you all one of my favourite core routines.
Being a professional footballer, it is so important that you keep your football fitness to the highest level but derby day hits different which is why I've trained extra hard for this one after a few games off.
Expect pitch invaders, ice baths, goals and goal line clearances. This is what English League Football is all about.
