We live in Western Pa. and Have around 100 Acres of Land, About 1/2 is ours the rest is my moms, We have 4 kids and two grandchildren, 3 Golden Retrievers and one Cat. We enjoy working on our property and making improvements. We sell firewood and soon will be selling hardwood lumber.
To Plummer Jim: There is something quite beautiful about a tradesman who does such amazing, meticulous work. I really enjoyed seeing your work. Parents, tell your kids to go into the trades! We desperately need trades people.
Right on!! But don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys though!!
@@heymakerphd1982, hey, hey, hey! We need some cowboys too! 🤠
We’ll said. Who is going to do needed work in the future. In a professional way at least. Scary for sure.
Good morning Hunter :-) and family and friends & Plumber Jim too :-)

I totally agree.👍👍👍
Since Plumber Jim entered the picture I have found I really enjoy him. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable but he has a great personality!
I’ve been in the trades for 40 years and it never gets old watching professional tradesmen. What a find Jim was. He certainly is a craftsman.
Exactly ,whether it be block layer, logger, concrete, carpenter, watch maker professionals are always pleasing to the eyes!!!!
Good morning Morgan’s! Going to 50 today. Always great watching a master like Jim! Having a day!
Surround yourself with professionals. The university of experience. Among your best productions Mike.

Good morning! Long time subscriber and promoter. The tractor pictures have been great. We understand the work involved. Plumber Jim has been a joy to watch his passion for his trade! Enjoy the channel so much!
Plumber Jim is an artist, no doubt. I love to watch him work. He is super fast and has knowledge beyond belief. Great segment Mike
Jim, if read these comments, it’s been a pleasure watching you work. Your a craftsman for sure. Thanks for allowing Mike to film👍
I can hear the wheels spinning in your head in the video - new partnership for firewood and sawmill lumber - cool. Stay safe
Highly skilled plumber. A beautiful thing to watch!
Mike great video I enjoy all of them but I really enjoy and learn something new when Plummer Jim is on
Interesting to learn about kiln drying and what case hardening is. I like that setup.
Mike I felt like I was hanging out with a fun group of excellent guys and not just watching a video. Very enjoyable. Eva looks wonderful. What a nice happy young lady.
Mike, I’m viewing this after we tried the same thing this week. Out of firewood and after desperate new customers came along we had the idea to hurry some totes of red oak along. The green wood was split and put in covered totes for a year and then we ran it for 48 hrs in a kiln identical to his. Three 330 totes per run. We delivered the first batch today and unloaded one of the totes to the customer’s rack so I had a chance to really see & feel the wood. Might well be the nicest firewood I’ve ever seen. Will get full report after some gets burned.
love the drone shots............
Mike, you and Jim would make great hosts for a tv channel, like HGTV. Enjoy seeing the many trades you include and the diversity of your videos. Keep them rolling.
That was neat you got to take Jim on a road trip with you. Interesting stuff. Those are the neat things you come across being in business for yourself. You and Jim as well. You run across interesting people and their stories and interests. Glad you take us along.
Such a GREAT video with LOTS of education and laughs!! It is very rewarding to learn from Plumber Jim!!! The kiln drying is awesome and what a beautiful setup he has!! Thank you so much for the great content every day Mike!! It was great to see Eva and so happy she is feeling so good!! Say hello to the family for me!! 😊
Great video Mike. Eva's smile, plumber Jim's skill and you guys laughing at the kiln. Y'all have a blessed day
Makes my heart happy to see Eva has recovered and getting back to normal routine!! ❤️💪🏋🏼♂️
Jim, the plumber certainly is a
professional when it comes to all things plumbing !!
Funny how plummer Jim makes it look nice and it's never seen. He truly takes pride in what he does.
That plumber Jim is quite the plumber. We need more like him. I’m very impressed. That dry kiln was also pretty impressive. That’s quick for drying firewood. Cool video Mike. 👍👍👍❤️
I think this is my favorite episode! It was nice hanging out with you guys! Great information ! Have a Blessed day
Good job Mike cleaning up neighbor cliffs yard!, good job plummer Jim, a master plummer at work!. Morgans good day!.
WOW to see a plumber that still uses copper and knows how to not only solder but to solder correctly is a dying art/trade in my personal opinion. Jim is a true craftsman !!!!
Thanks for the continued great content!
I love the cutting up and poking at each other; just having fun. Good stuff!
That was a really informative video. Plumber Jim did a super neat, nice job. Don't you wish all the trades took that much pride in their work as Jim apparently does!! Nice work all around. Ron
I see that Festool plunge saw guide hanging in Chris's garage. A must for straight cuts on sheet goods. Beats struggling with a table saw. I'm shopping for one right now.
It's like watching my dad at work some 60 years ago. Jim's a real professional plumber.
That kiln is super cool.
Jim takes me back to working with my dad, he was a third generation plumber and I had the privilege to work with him.
The value of having an experienced plumber doing the job, you get a #1 quality job.
Plummer Jim has some major skills. And love that kiln. Great video Mike 🎉❤
You got that right!
Plumber Jim reminds me of a guy I worked with years ago on the installation of the Subway System in downtown Pittsburgh. Same voice and personality, Tommy was a great Italian diesel mechanic who loved to cook. He could make you hungry just talking about cooking!
Love these snippets of people’s lives!👍
Jim’s a proper tradesmen, look how neat his work is . A lot of pride in his work .
Thanks, Mike, for another awesome video. This is one of the best yet! I might be a little biased since my two sons were in it. Plumber Jim is awesome too. He is so talented and knowledgeable in the plumbing profession. He is a true professional. Tell the family hi for me and "Have a Day!"
Chris from South Central West Virginia

We need to figure out a way to have a virtual get together.
Enjoy watching Jim the plumber work, he is a true professional and a true Pittsburgher. Expect to see a kiln at the Morgan wood lot soon.
You and Plumber Jim are quite a team. Good start to Sunday morning, thanks.
I enjoy Plumber Jim. What a great and humorous guy! Someone that does great work and he is super fast. Great videos with him!
Good morning Mike, plumber Jim and the rest of the Morgans!
Morning
Watching Plumber Jim work his magic is very impressive. A true craftsman for sure.
That’s a super nice kiln.
Great stuff! Love seeing Daughter Eva's smiling face pop in! It's nice when UA-camrs family is part of vids, makes it more personal!
Man I wish I could find a plumber like Jim. Those guys are worth their weight in gold. Usually once or twice in a lifetime you find someone that takes that much pride in their work.
Plumber Jim is Quite the perfectionist with his work!
Very Interesting with the kiln-dried firewood! Wonder how much that would add to the cost of firewood!! Great Video! ❤😊👍👊
😱
Good video, Mike and great to see Plumber Jim back again. Better schedule him for the pool installation!
Another great video with great information. These are my favorite type videos. Thank you for taking us along.
I was in Guam (sub base) for a couple years, loved every minute.
Great job plumber Jim and also great job with the firewood
Jim is a very good mechanical mechanic. I enjoy listening to him because he explains, and then shows you how he installs the copper, pvc pipe. And in layman's terms. He has been a great asset to you Mike. A true professional. And Chris and his kiln dried wood business is always interesting to see and hear about. Mike, I can see one of those kilns at your place real soon. And then there will be kiln dried transfer hoodie's for sale. Stay safe.
Cool video. Jim seems like a great guy to hang with.
Very enjoyable watching Plumber Jim. You make it look effortless. That’s a sign of a true professional. Mike you could really turn the firewood out with a kiln. Crunch the numbers. Nice to see Eva’s smile!
Gotta love Plumber Jim. You can definitely tell he’s from Pittsburgh.
Very informative video mike, love watching jim work although he makes it look like fun. And thanks chris for the kiln tour great setup
Good to see that the Military is in good hands with the dedication of Chris; he understands everything.
Good mornin y’all, glad to see progress on the project n always great to see plumber Jim! Mike, was just thinking, what’s going on with Melissa’s pool? Are you still planning on that this summer? Hopefully so because she really deserves a place to relax, ya have such a wonderful wife. She is supportive of all you do and all the toys you have n will be getting so hopefully that is still in the works as a present to her😊 keep up the great work n get on the other subs so we can see more n more progress on the building. God bless n enjoy this beautiful Sunday the Lord has given us
Jim is a pure pro! School of hard knocks and I'm sure lotsa mentoring from his idols from years ago! Just special to see his knowledge on display!
Jim the Plumber is an Iconic American worker.
Mike, this was a 2 for 1 video!! Plumber Jim and then the kiln!
What a great day you had, Mike! Working with Plumber Jim and then hanging out at the kiln 💪👍
By the way, I think Jim needs his own channel! I can tell he already has raving fans! 👏
That iDry kiln is pretty amazing! Thanks for sharing the info.
We used to call those "forget-me-nots", when I was working with my plumber. I'm glad that Jim showed those structural pipe protectors; before those came along the saying was: What's a carpenter's worst nightmare? ...A plumber with a Sawzall. Eva is looking quite well. Great video Mike & Jim thumbs up.
Sure enjoyed this Mike. Very interesting.
One of the only people on the internet that I have seen “wiping” his soldered joints.
I used to have a moleskin that I was given by an old plumber that worked for me on the ship.
Go into most houses today and all you see is half a pound of excess solder running down the copper.
Kiln dried firewood is absolutely amazing, I purchase bag's of Kiln dried firewood from the local store for $15 each inwhich lasts two nights when it's below -0 degrees, it's all dried in a local company in the geothermal kilns from steam from a geothermal power station, as is the export timber to the USA.
I built one here in the qeer old corrupt UK out of 5 old steel tin garage doors. Used an old 45gallon oil drum as a fire holder snd used old bark and scrap wood cardboard paper and old rags shoes old used car engine oil and most things that would burn. With a low blow 240v fan to circulate the air around the log cubies.I can dry 6 1000 litre ibc steel cubes of wet fresh cut logs at a time with a low heat provides plenty of hot air to dry the logs in about 4 to 5 days...
Very impressive
Thanks again for sharing
Hello Hunter
Have a day!!
Started stacking and stickering rough cut lumber and slabs out in my barn several years ago. Now I find out I did it all wrong. You know what means? I have to get out there and pull it all down and redo it to the MORGAN STANDARD or I will not sleep at night.
Your videos just keep getting better and better.
Great to see Eva :)
Great plumber Jim is !!!
Always enjoy seeing Plumber Jim do his "magic"! Also enjoy the banter between the two of you. He has a great sense of humor and you can tell you two have made a lifetime friendship with each other. You both take great pride in your work. Brings to mind the saying, "Do it right the first time and you won't have to do it again!" That kiln was something else, very interesting hearing Chris talk about it. #OWTM #Outdoorgans #HaveADay
Your absolutely amazing mike what an outstanding video you made with Jim and the new kiln . Awesome thank you
Thank you Frank
Jim the Plumber is a true craftsman.
All my bagged kindling and firewood goes thru my diy kiln from Oct-Mar. Super efficient. I'm 24 hours to heat up and then 5 days for firewood and 66 hrs for kindling bags.
Nice, email me some pics if you don't mind of your kiln set up if you don't mind outdoorswiththemorgans@gmail.com
Really enjoy watching Plumber Jim work, maybe I should have been a pluber. LOL
Nice to see a plumber still running crafted copper lines.
Having plumber Jim do your plumbing is like having Kyle from RR Buildings build your building!! No compromise, no cutting corners! Nice!
Very interesting. Jim is not only a craftsman but has an excellent since of humor. I'd like to hang out with him. 👍
nice to see the plumbing finished!! and by someone who knows how to do it right, neat and professional!! Now I want to see the electrical work!! Oh, when are you going to get you kiln????? 😁
Plummer Jim thank you for teaching me something new with pressure testing, I had never heard of that before. Mike your turnover rate with firewood in a kill would be crazy good, especially in a week to a week in a half being dried.
Man Jim does quality work! Love to see a good tradesmen excell.
I absolutely enjoyed this video so much to learn about that Kiln drying wood
Thanks Mike for a very interesting day with you and Plummer Jim working on the building pluming and then the trip to the Kiln. Lots of great stuff there too. Looks like the way to go for your lumber and firewood business too. Really looking good around there . We see Eva is doing well and the smile is great too. Hello to the rest of the crew also. Thanks again, Fred.
I miss plumbing that way. Little details that only I did because it was just better. I did the same once pex took over but you just couldn’t beat a quality copper instal. Jim will agree it’s like a puzzle. You have to instal it in order, so pieces can be moved to make connections or sweat a single joint before you move a section back into the wall. Great work Jim and good job Morgan’s again for allowing Jim to do quality work. 👍👍
Good morning from Upstate South Carolina. Great work Mike. Two cool things in one video. Have a productive day.
Really interesting video a lot of knowledge shared, Thanks Mike, Jim, Chris.
Love to see the good old fashion copper pipes being used.
Really interesting video and I learned a few things .😊
that was a good vid mike!! 1st time i've seen a kiln! pretty cool!!
New construction plumbing here in Florida is all CPVC and PEX anymore.
Mike - I agree with Bob Raymond - "What a find Jim was. He certainly is a craftsman." Enjoyed the drone footage during the opening - thanks for sharing that. And isn't it nice to be able to get rid of the snow with a leaf blower once in a while? Gotta believe a kiln will be one the property before long. Blessings to you and the family. Hi to Melissa, Hunter, Levi, Eva (nice to see your smiling face once again), and the pooches.
Love seeing Daughter Eva's cheerful, smiling face. she looks so much better now, hopefully her healing is going well. great video Mike say hi to the rest of the family.
so when is the kiln coming? have a day!
Hi ya'll, first let me say Miss Eva is looking fit and happy! As always it's really nice to see a pro performing his trade, his tips go a very long way w us non professionals trying to DIY. I think I heard it was bread that plumber Jim gave Eva before her operation. Friendships grow healthy w the Morgans, good people just naturally draw good people. I'm sitting here trying to picture the future build down at the renewable resources area that will house the sawmill, the dryer, the implements and dry wood for sale. So much to look forward to! Nice 25 minute video today, very interesting! Thanks Mike!👍🚜❤
I’m glad Alice Cooper has found a new gig as a plumber in his later years! I do enjoy plumber Jim and hope he has a sense of humor. I’d hire him if he were in my area 👍🏽
