I think the big center shelf was a good idea, it does take a good deal of room but you can toss on the items that might sell out a bit faster and you know the crackers go like crazy that and the chocolate whip as well so I think just grab what you do when you do and then toss to the cart and pull from it as needed that could work. How about putting the fruit carts back to back in the middle of the floor in front of the cash register area two instead of the one you have.
