Man I wish my school had a cohort like this, everybody just messes about and you can’t learn anything in the classroom. I’ve had to learn all my content via myself.
Bro same its at that point where i actually will not go to any of my lessons next week why sit in a loud class talking not answering any questions for the hour when i could be silently doing a past paper
1:30 That's a great inclusion in this video, actually. I've tried timetables, schedules etc. and they simply didn't work for me, and I am very glad I've realised this earlier on. While I am unsure whether that only happens to a minority of people, every subject/topic is time subjective. Truly don't recommend having set time blocks for planning out your revision, spend as much time as you need on that subject and attempt to balance it out with your other subjects. All in all, good luck everyone! 👍
i have never used a timetable, always just make a checklist and make sure over the day i get it all done. this is good as i am not looking at the clock waiting for my 45 munite session to be up, and it is so flexible
cheers udoka, youve helped me so much since i started watching last year. gcses are in 2 days and honestly im feeling great. once again, just a massive thank you for what youve done for me and so many more! gl everyone on their exams :)
This is seriously top advice, Udoka! It’s so cool that you got to bring students taking different subjects and all with different perspectives. Just as they said, there’s so much more than simply “studying”. The whole mental health aspect that comes into play. In the end achieving top grades comes to polishing the details. So glad to see you back in the game sharing top advice!! 👊🏻😃📚
Your hair always does it for me! Share that hair tipp!😭 This was so educative tbh! I am not afraid to fail but my parents! I don't want to fail them fr. I have always learned to be calm even when I do past papers and don't answer them right, I just learn and try again. I use flashcards as well very helpful.
Shish I've been watching you since Yr 9. You made studying so fun. Now am finally doing exams. What a journey. All the best everyone sitting for exams this coming week😊
Love your videos Udoka I’m in year 10 now and I have been watching you since year 9. I find your videos videos so useful. Wishing you the best of luck.
love your channel and how your videos have a different approach and you always put sm effort into them - it truly shows! as always also great job on the editing and wishing you the very best🖤
Bro I've got first year uni exams and I'm still watching this for tips lol. Physics and Maths Tutor gotta be best tip by far lol, saved me for A-level physics and computer science last year, I wish they went all the way up to degree level lmao. But yeah you've got a good group of friends, all driven and hard working, I reckon you've all got it sorted out
I really love watching your videos, Udoka, you really inspire me to study more effectively, be productive and have a positive mindset in general. I'm currently studying a lot of hours per day (not too much) hoping to ace my next 3 science tests. Thanks Udoka for being a great motivator towards me!
As another A star student I think the difference between the avg student and A star students is effort if you realistically study over 5 hours a day it’s very unlikely you won’t get A star ideally you want to learn everything before your teacher starts teaching
@@A_-.328 i think you should do whatever learning method suits you best but I must say most a star students will heavily revise the corresponding books for their subject example for Chem and bio you need to really memorise the aqa books a teacher cannot go into the details required to get a star personally I think it’s impossible to get a star without memorising the books and just learning from a teacher and teacher resources I’ve never heard of someone doing that . Also I don’t think you should use flash cards for a level there is a lot of content .practice questions and constant revision is what you need for a level I’m also doing maths
Hey udoka I was wondering if u could make a video on how to make notes n how u make ur notes maybe u could do a comparison on ur new notes compared to ur old ones. Also congrats on ur A- levels
Thanks man. Always been one to struggle with revision, and your videos are very motivating for me to do this final push. One week to go before A levels start 🫠
hello, do you advise students who took s1 to go for s2 or m1 for year13? I have been told that m1 is similar to physics. I took physics in igcse and got A* even though I don't consider myself a big fan of physics and sometimes find it complicated. but i did not take physics for AS. As for s1, I found it easy but boring. what would you advice me to with? s2 or m1? Thank you for your time
Thank you and your friends so much for this video, now I just can't find motivation to study biology (now we have subjects about invertebrates and there is too much information about it imo) so I hope that tips will help me.
Most of them chose CS, Maths and Physics. Me who chooses these 3 subjects bcs I am good at them, ended up getting D- in them... sad reality :( if only I wasn't lazy

This kids will regret when they are older. You have a teacher who has a degree in the subject giving you free knowledge

UDOKA, what are your tips for the day before a exam?
CHARMING.
I want you so badly rn!
do you sleep with a bonnet? how do you manage that hair when you sleep, like how often do you wash it in the shower
I do sleep with a bonnet, I’ll do a deep clean like once maybe twice a week
How do u have a chance to cover ur science paper 2s during this exam period ? Btw im half way through?
What unis do you have offers for? And what do you plan on studying? (If you don’t mind me asking)
I did my bio gcse today and realized I’m wasting my life at school, I feel like this is all shit 😭

Depends on what youre doing in ALs.
If you are doing physics then take m1 and s1 but if commerce and languages then take s1 s2
