55 yrs of age or 25 yrs of service with good salary and retirement benefits enough sir,more than 55 age efficiency reduces and can't update with lastest updated knowledge, generation gap between older employees and new employees will be more leads to less cooperation between them.For example teacher at 62 years age can't teach students with latest updates in new education system.
But it is costing the government too much. 1 person @ 60 is equal to 4 people youth get benefit. These employees have dual or trriple income for 25:years. So youth should bw given opportunity.

Retirement itself is foolishness .We never should retire for growth of this world.
Every one gets maturity in respective fields by the time they attain 50/55 years.This world looses skilled people if they retire after getting experience.if fact we should make use of highly exoerienced people specially after 50 years of age for high level posts.
Hence no point in retiring immediatly after getting sufficient experience We should work beyond 65 years
