Joel Poland reflects on his Overall Silver medal at the 2023 World Waterski Championships

GB's Joel Poland was the defending champion going into the 2023 IWWF World Waterski Championships in October and is the overall world record holder. But a fall in his tricks preliminary round looked to have scuppered his chances of a podium. He went on to make a stunning comeback slalom and jump and clinch the silver medal.
