I think this the most romantic song that Dimash performs. It just blows me away how he becomes the song. Also this was the first song of his where I heard him breath. Then I realized it had to be deliberate because everything Dimash does is planned. I then saw Lara Fabian use her breath this way and realized how it emphasizes the lines. I am still amazed with every new vocal skill I learn about from Dimash.🎶💐❤️🔥💐🎶 Yes Dimash has been training since 5 but more important is his daily dedication to practise and creative development. What a wonderful song🥰. The lyrics are so beautiful❤️. Love Is Like A Dream was written by Igor Krutoy for the Russian singer Alla Pugacheva some years ago. She has a more raspy voice so Dimash sings it very differently. And in my opinion much better. Of course I can say that because I'm a Dear😅. So you’re right in a way, it is a cover. And like I already said, I love his hands🤭 His voice is the result not only of his God-given talent, but also of his almost 25 years of daily hard training. Dimash started music training at 5. His mother is a soprano and his father was also a singer. I think Dimash started learning when he was still in the womb. You should hear them all singing together. You will hear where Dimash got his high notes. 😊 Some people tried to discourage him from singing high, but I think it was fun for Dimash. Why should he box himself in? I'm glad he defied them. ❤

Yes. He has studied his whole life and has attained high degrees. But, that alone does not guarantee such great outcome. Dimash is endowed with massive talent and pure love for what he does. He's has that which cannot be taught.

Training only gets your instrument honed to its best potential. But, with a flat musicality and or depth of spirit....it is just a technical feat...without the connection. Dimash is like a rich fabric woven of many beautiful threads. He has substance...and expresses without fear and of natural instincts. It's not the note....it's what you create with it.
Dimash uses every muscle in his body in order to sing right through your ears and directly to your soul. I've never known anyone like him in my music obsessed, quite long life. If I never encounter anyone else quite like him, his voice and performances will be plenty enough fulfill my most important music needs for the remainder of my life.
Same here. Never in my life I'm totally obsessed with an artist before him. He makes me fall in love with ALL of his arts. My highest point of this obsession of Dimash is when I went to watched his concert in my home country Malaysia last month and i went there alone because I've never known anyone who knows him in my circles. Hey Guys, loved your reaction. Dimash’s grandmother enrolled him into a youth musical college at age 5. He did academics half day and voice training half day. He has sung at least 3 hours a day since age 5. He swims for breath control. He won many International singing competitions as a youth. At age 22, he was invited to compete in China’s 2017 season of “I Am A Singer”. That competition consisted of known Chinese singers in China. Dimash was 22 and he said it was his first time performing on the “adult stage”. I don’t speak any other language other than English so I have no comment on the many songs he sang outstandingly in other languages. He didn’t know English very well but I feel he did fantastic. (He sang songs in English better than a whole bunch of only English speaking people as far as I am concerned). Of course now at 29 years old, his English has improved 95%. He can hold a conversation with you. I am 66 and have been following everything I can on Dimash since 2017. There is a message behind every song he sings. He sings in all genres. Dimash’s love of music and his idols are worldwide. He sang Opera 2 and Hello during the 2017 and the 2018 Finale of I Am A Singer. Lionel Ritchie (Hello) and Vitas (Opera 2) who is the Russian singer who won 114 awards gave Dimash, I Am A Singer, and Dimash’s dad who is his producer cease and desist letters so he can’t sing their songs anymore. That’s awful. By the way Dimash was the only non Chinese during the 2017 competition, there was only one prize and that was given to that Chinese female. She won by just .10 but we all know Dimash won that competition big time. Continue on your journey. There is no one like Dimash. He’s family oriented, never wants to embarrass or disrespect his parents, is a great role model to his sister and brother, surrounds himself, even on stage with his band, back up singers, and dancers with people he knows and comfortable with and we all know he’s talented but he has and continues to work hard to perfect his craft and he is so humble. I love him. He makes my day. There is no one like him. The Western Culture is just learning of him. He had a solo concert at the Barclays Center in New York 12/10/2019, people from 64 countries flew to America to see him. Tickets sold out quickly. He was so happy because he said his dream came true. He always dreamed of having a concert in America. Of course he sang the song he wrote when he was 18 called Unforgettable Day. Dimash definitely recieved God-given talent that has been fine tuned and trained from a very young age. Both his parents are well known artists in Kazakhstan. He showed musical interest from the time he was a toddler being raised by his grandparents in Kazakh tradition for the firstborn child. He has worked hard all his life to learn all his skills and knowledge of music. He was wanted by the Operatic Society like his mother, but in spite of his full operatic training, he chose to carve out his own path, incorporating rock, pop, opera, ballad, even rap and more, throughout his career. Well done guys for reacting to this amazing young man. I believe he is a once in a generation calibre artist. That's why I travelled 30,000 kms round trip to see him in person. Yes, that's me in my wheelchair with Dimash in 2018.

Also, Igor composed the lyrics and Lara Fabian wrote the words for the song, Your Love, also just for Dimash. There are several other songs this great composer wrote for Dimash, which I am sure you will great to in the near future. Thank you so much for this one. I get confused because I don't know in what order to put my favorite; this song, Adagio, Your Love, or Ikanaide. Sorry, I forgot, All By Myself, and Unforgettable Day, both from the Singer 2017. This performance was from the “A gift for Alla” concert in Moscow 2019 and was Igor Krutoy’s and Dimash’s birthday present to the celebrated Russian singer Alla Pugachova, who turned 70. She was a star in Russia in the 1980’s and early 1990’s and was well known in many other countries. The song was composed by Igor Krutoy 25 years ago for Ms. Pugachova. Igor re-arranged the song for Dimash. FYI, Dimash has been training since he was 5 years old. He is classically trained in the bel canto style and has degrees in classical and contemporary music, a Masters in Composition and is completing has Doctorate in Musicology. He plays 7 instruments. That last note he held is so much like the one he held in Stranger(new wave), beautiful and impressive! But i think in stranger he held it longer but i haven't timed the length of this note. I had to time it.😅 In this song he held it for 18 seconds. In stranger he holds the note for 20 seconds.
Igor wrote the song many years ago 1994 and Alla Pugacheva is a Russian singer and she sang this song first. Phil is right her name is in the song title. Great reaction.
The original singer was Alla Pugacheva. Dimash performed this for a celebration of Alla's 70th birthday. Dimash's arrangement is very different from the original.
The problem now is that Igor was born in Ukraine and Russia is at war with Ukraine which has put a burden on Igor. Supposedly he has dropped out of public appearances unless they are really important to him. I’m sure people keep asking how he feels about the war!

I replied because often people make note of Dimash's training as though that alone is why he is so good. Training only gets your instrument honed to its best potential. But, with a flat musicality and or depth of spirit....it is just a technical feat...without the connection. Dimash is like a rich fabric woven of many beautiful threads. He has substance...and expresses without fear and of natural instincts. It's not the note....it's what you create with it.

Dimash uses every muscle in his body in order to sing right through your ears and directly to your soul. I've never known anyone like him in my music obsessed, quite long life. If I never encounter anyone else quite like him, his voice and performances will be plenty enough fulfill my most important music needs for the remainder of my life.
I am actually more impressed with his later work, where he composes the music himself and even writes lyrics.
Same here. Never in my life I'm totally obsessed with an artist before him. He makes me fall in love with ALL of his arts. My highest point of this obsession of Dimash is when I went to watched his concert in my home country Malaysia last month and i went there alone because I've never known anyone
who knows him in my circles. But that was the best unforgettable night in my life and i will cherish it till end of time.

Hey Guys, loved your reaction. Dimash’s grandmother enrolled him into a youth musical college at age 5. He did academics half day and voice training half day. He has sung at least 3 hours a day since age 5. He swims for breath control. He won many International singing competitions as a youth. At age 22, he was invited to compete in China’s 2017 season of “I Am A Singer”. That competition consisted of known Chinese singers in China. Dimash was 22 and he said it was his first time performing on the “adult stage”. I don’t speak any other language other than English so I have no comment on the many songs he sang outstandingly in other languages. He didn’t know English very well but I feel he did fantastic. (He sang songs in English better than a whole bunch of only English speaking people as far as I am concerned). Of course now at 29 years old, his English has improved 95%. He can hold a conversation with you. I am 66 and have been following everything I can on Dimash since 2017. There is a message behind every song he sings. He sings in all genres. Dimash’s love of music and his idols are worldwide. He sang Opera 2 and Hello during the 2017 and the 2018 Finale of I Am A Singer. Lionel Ritchie (Hello) and Vitas (Opera 2) who is the Russian singer who won 114 awards gave Dimash, I Am A Singer, and Dimash’s dad who is his producer cease and desist letters so he can’t sing their songs anymore. That’s awful. By the way Dimash was the only non Chinese during the 2017 competition, there was only one prize and that was given to that Chinese female. She won by just .10 but we all know Dimash won that competition big time. Continue on your journey. There is no one like Dimash. He’s family oriented, never wants to embarrass or disrespect his parents, is a great role model to his sister and brother, surrounds himself, even on stage with his band, back up singers, and dancers with people he knows and comfortable with and we all know he’s talented but he has and continues to work hard to perfect his craft and he is so humble. I love him. He makes my day. There is no one like him. The Western Culture is just learning of him. He had a solo concert at the Barclays Center in New York 12/10/2019, people from 64 countries flew to America to see him. Tickets sold out quickly. He was so happy because he said his dream came true. He always dreamed of having a concert in America. Of course he sang the song he wrote when he was 18 called Unforgettable Day. Dimash definitely recieved God-given talent that has been fine tuned and trained from a very young age. Both his parents are well known artists in Kazakhstan. He showed musical interest from the time he was a toddler being raised by his grandparents in Kazakh tradition for the firstborn child. He has worked hard all his life to learn all his skills and knowledge of music. He was wanted by the Operatic Society like his mother, but in spite of his full operatic training, he chose to carve out his own path, incorporating rock, pop, opera, ballad, even rap and more, throughout his career.
Well done guys for reacting to this amazing young man. I believe he is a once in a generation calibre artist. That's why I travelled 30,000 kms round trip to see him in person. Yes, that's me in my wheelchair with Dimash in 2018.

Also, Igor composed the lyrics and Lara Fabian wrote the words for the song, Your Love, also just for Dimash. There are several other songs this great composer wrote for Dimash, which I am sure you will great to in the near future. Thank you so much for this one. “A gift for Alla” concert in Moscow 2019 and was Igor Krutoy’s and Dimash’s birthday present to the celebrated Russian singer Alla Pugachova, who turned 70. She was a star in Russia in the 1980’s and early 1990’s and was well known in many other countries. The song was composed by Igor Krutoy 25 years ago for Ms. Pugachova. Igor re-arranged the song for Dimash.
FYI, Dimash has been training since he was 5 years old. He is classically trained in the bel canto style and has degrees in classical and contemporary music, a Masters in Composition and is completing has Doctorate in Musicology. He plays 7 instruments.

Well it's calmer on here tonight than on the nightwish songs yesterday, that got ridiculous. I can't believe you have only just discovered this guy, he is vocally trained and obviously talented, the only stuff I don't like by Dimash is his modern stuff his hero was Michael Jackson and he emulates him, doesn't need to he can find his own path. Great reaction as usual guys. Tazzz the best love in the world is from your dog, if you don't have one get one I couldn't imagine my life without a dog in it. Have you guys heard of the two cellos, two guys who obviously play the cello but with a twist they do loads of classical and rock and they are crazy, smells like teen spirit done on two cellos sounds mad but it's brilliant. The original singer was Alla Pugacheva. Dimash performed this for a celebration of Alla's 70th birthday. Dimash's arrangement is very different from the original.
The problem now is that Igor was born in Ukraine and Russia is at war with Ukraine which has put a burden on Igor. Supposedly he has dropped out of public appearances unless they are really important to him. I’m sure people keep asking how he feels about the war!
