Been with progressive for almost two years the interviews don’t get any easier as you promote. I just interviewed for a new position and the star format is always used. Good luck everyone !

Personally, I do not like one-sided video interviews. I'm naturally nervous and it's always super awkward and uncomfortable. That said, providing tips and tricks is very kind of them to do. They just ask me to do this, and I'm still going to.

Can you give me some tips on how you got over your nervousness?
I really respect Progressive for doing this for potential employees. Most companies will not do this.
Today I got an email congratulating me on passing the pre-employment assessment and going to the interview stage. I have six days to take it and I'm nervous but preparing myself.

I strongly prefer behavioral based interviewing to other formats. It’s focused and gives clear indication as to what the job and company are about. Other formats, not so much.

This is beyond helpful. I have used the STAR format with each job that I applied for BUT this is bar far the best set up so far.
