It is a little embarrassing how big an Aikatsu fan I am considering my age and where I come from, I'm just a 22 year old girl from Texas... but it has been a really big part of my life from the day it first aired, it really resonates with some part of my being. It makes me happy, and everyone and everything related to it makes me happy as well. For some reason it never even occured to me to look for real life choreography. I found yours first, and I have to say you are super cute and you dance really well. I have been wanting to use Aikatsu choreography for my main cardio work out for awhile now but did not know how to follow the moves with the camera work in show, but you do the dances so well, so fluidly! I might use your dances as a follow along for my mid-morning cardio, and as a good note to start my day. I am not sure if you could follow all that, but I hope I got through a little. You're cute, you dance well, and you've made something special to me just a little more accesible to me. ♪L(´▽｀L )♪

ずっとダンスをやている中学生です。
0:37からは、腕を動かす というより、肩を動かした方が良いと思います。
あと、踊り方が、キュートステージっぽい（？）感じなので、
ウェーブしている所は体を頑張ってうねらせたり、
腰を動かしている所は動かしたりすると、
さらにセクシーっぽくなると思います！！！
これからも踊ってみた頑張ってください！！

我有仔細研究過,發現這一係列動畫裡的舞步結合了服裝秀,所以想跳的好看必須先練習走台,要做到不管怎麼跳上半身都很穩才行.可以試試用動畫裡的方法練習,頭頂書本走木桿.
