they've done the same for me, the past 2 years ive been diagnosed with generalized anxiety disorder, lyme disease, arfid (an eating disorder), and gastritis so basically i feel sick all the time lol and their videos have helped me through some really low points. literally it's what i fall asleep to. i love them so much i hope they know that their work is meaningful to people ❤️❤️
