West mein koi nokar ni hain, yahan hum job kartay hain phir kitchen aur gahar dehko aur bachoon ko bhi dehko but one hour of tv time only for kids. Jab gahar ka kam kar rahay hoon to ap physically busy hotay hain but mentally ap bachoon ko engage rakh saktay hain like play I spy game in kitchen, spelling game, involve them in work like washing dishes with you and learn colours. My six year old loves to cook with me, helps tidy up, she loves drawing so we do in kitchen counter. Even if you have to give screen time then download khan academy games, scrabble game, art apps etc instead of cartoon.

But hve limit time fr screen
